My car took over 30 days to be fixed and then they missed an area of the repair on the car. There were still scratches on the door. So it took an additional 12 days to be fixed. There was a miscommunication between amber and the insurance company. She told me my rental car additional days was approved by insurance after the original 30 days . The additional days will be covered since my car was not ready. I asked if I should call the insurance she said no she handled it. To find out after I get my car back in stuck with a $240 bill for the extra days for the rental car on top of my car deductible for the repair. I Called the insurance and they said it was not approved and I had to pay the additional days. Spoke to the manager at Crash Champions of DeZavala, Dustin and he said they will not cover it either. Even though the car was not ready, because they were at fault for missing the scratches on the door. He said they didn’t have it in the notes but the car got handed over to another person to take care of because an employee left, Martin. And he circled the scratches when I handed the car over for repair. Even though they said the only ones circled were the ones already there. It would have just been nice for them to own up to the miscommunication on their part and take care of the charges for the extra days of my rental or even half of it and I would have been happy. You think they would try somehow to help/make things right. It was their fault in the first place the repair took over almost 45 days to complete. Definitely would not use them again for a repair. Go elsewhere

Do not use this facility unless you want to be without a vehicle for over a month, want hear excuses every week, and have someone use your vehicle to the extent of adding several hundred miles. We would not have used this Service King had our insurance not sent us there. Spilled drinks were found all over the interior as well as something melted causing the console to stick. This vehicle is less than 5 months old.

They are fairly helpful from a customer service standpoint, but repairs are by no means expedient. They also reassembled my car incorrectly, and tried to blame it on previous damage. It wasn’t, my door didn’t stick at the bumper before I took it in they just don’t own up to their mistakes. Now I have a door that scratches against my bumper and new paint damage. Thankfully, I have pictures from the day before I sent my car to them and can prove that the door is new damage incurred by them and reported this to my insurance. Be very careful here and document everything. Before and After photos are incredibly important.

Terrible service. I went there after a car accident. they were recommended by Geico . They did work on my car that I did not approve of and wasn't covered by insurance. The manager Dustin has terrible customer service. He called me at work and told me that I was responsible for $1300 before I could get my car back. This place is fraudulent. The communication is terrible. They need to work on customer service skills. This place is shady do not go there.

I went after a minor accident. GEICO picked the place and they were absolutely amazing. The customer service we great as they were really helpful and caring. They anticipated it to be complete in about 3 1/2 weeks but called about a week earlier. Our car looks absolutely amazing I have no complaints. They also offer a lifetime warranty so if something does turn south the guarantee is there.

Getting my bumper repaired was one problem after the next. The repair was only $1200 and it took nearly 2 months. I picked up my car 5 different times before it was fixed. The first time I picked it up the blinker didn't work and they had turned off my collision eyesight without telling me - in cold and rainy conditions. The following times the scuff pad was missing twice along with a new scratch another time. The manager, Dustin, was unprofessional and at no point was there an offer to compensate me for my time and their multiple screw ups. I do not recommend Service King.

If you have Geico PLEASE call around and see if they take it near your collision shops. I live in San Antonio Texas and they had VERY FEW places that took Geico and none close to my house.At this service King they took very good care of me but Geico didn't give me much of a choice given that most places didn't take Geico. My complaint is that there are service kings near my house that would not take Geico and this one is out of the way/bit of a drive for me. Amber did a fantastic job. It did take a long time, my rental insurance expired. I was with out a car for a week but again it was Geico's fault. I would definitely recommend this service king. I would not recommend Geico.

I understand that at the moment there are problems with the supply of materials and labor shortages, but I don't think it's an excuse so that after waiting a month for my appointment, they called me by phone and told me that due to "unexpected" situations they can't say how long it would take to repair my car (even that the repair is just to fix a small dent on my rear bumper),for me it's pretty bad customer service as they made me wait a month for nothing and couldn't even give me an estimated time for repairs
