Finally everything was finished in my car. After 3 months of one of the most grueling ordeals ever my car was finally repaired.The bad:On occasion it felt as if certain fixes were being slow walked. I had to ask for certain correction at different times so my car could end up in the same condition as before it had been stolen and trashed.The good:In general they kept me in the loop on what was going on, what part of the process they were in and etc. At the end of the day my car was delivered finally in perfect conditions and everything was taken care of. “All is well that ends well” is said, and here that is most true.

I got into my first accident and got hit and brought it here. Super easy drop off and took 3 weeks to fix which was fine considering when i got the car back it looked amazing! Super clean job done, I got updated for every step of the way. Great place!!

I was satisfied with service provided, the staff are approachable and professional. I dont have a hard time contacting the shop it route me directly and they provided update over the phone and send text messages every Tuesday on whats the current status of the car. With regards to the repair it was awesome its not 100% perfect from the original but its close to perfection aside from i got a lifetime warranty on the repair being provided. Great job to all the people who manage to repair my car. You did a very satisfying job . Recommended 100%.

Communication from them is the worst. My vehicle still didn't get fixed as we asked for, which is why the whole reason for the the 3rd week extension-OR SO we thought.Even after we gave the go-ahead to work on what insurance didnt cover-means we would pay- we know. Make sure you tell them to CHECK ANYTHING MECHANICAL because if you don't, then they will only make your car look pretty with still mechanical problems. (IT IS NOT AN AUTOMATIC PRACTICE TO CHECK FOR MECHANICAL PROBLEM FOR A VEHICLE THAT WAS IN ACCIDENT-This is what we were told. ) I don't understand.. they had great service the PREVIOUS TIME I came here. This just left a bad taste in my experience with them this time around. I'm sorry, but I truly dont recommend.

Took my vehicle into get an estimate as a “preferred body shop” by insurance over a month later and I still have not gotten an estimate. I can only imagine how long a repair would take here or warranty work. Glad I didn’t just drop off the vehicle for repairs I can only imagine the nightmare. Slow or no service guaranteed.

If I could give this one lace zero I would. Never was able to get an estimate. I kept calling and even had my insurance call for an estimate but we were both told the guy who does the estimate was out for lunch or was “almost done”. Wasted my time and had to go somewhere else

Horrible customer service! Took our car in and was told that we would have an estimate with them three to four business days. I had to keep calling for almost 2 weeks where they finally told me they submitted our estimate to USAA and they're waiting for their approval. Called my bank USAA to find out that they never submitted their estimate. Not only do they procrastinate, but they lie as well.They might as well have stayed owned by Service King. The new owners (aka) Crash Champions clearly lack customer service skills. Ended up taking our car to Caliber Collision. No issues whatsoever. Sad thing is, we were loyal to Service King for many years and look where our loyalty got us. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Go to Caliber Collision, they will take care of you much better.

Took my son's car in to get an estimate for repairs. The guy told me he would email me an estimate the next day. That did not happen. 2 weeks later after countless calls he emailed me a jumbled mess of alphabet soup with no concrete estimate at all. I would not recommend this place to anybody

This place is terrible & they completely wasted my time! This location was preferred thru my insurance company so I agreed to have my car sent here for an estimate. Insurance said Service King would call me, but they never did. I called them on 10/14, the day of the accident and spoke to Michael who did the intake and said he'd set up a tow but it could take a few days. By Tuesday 10/19 I hadn't heard from Service king or a tow company so I called back. Peaches at service King said a tow hadn't been set up yet, but she'd get one set up for same day; things were crazy around there because of a rebrand, but she'd call me when my car arrived. My car was picked up on Tuesday afternoon, but by midday Wednesday I had not received a call from service king. I call back several times & each time im told Peaches is on lunch break & she's the only one who can give an update - ridiculous! I finally get a hold of Peaches and she says the car did arrive & they'll email me authorization forms within the next hour. By Thursday, 10/20 i had not received any authorization forms. I call Service King & Peaches says "We never sent them because we can't work on your car. Your car has extensive mechanical damage & we don't have a mechanic here." I was livid because I told them at the time of the intake call that the car had front end damage + a busted radiator at minimum. I asked her why she hadn't contacted me if the car couldn't be worked on. Peaches said they called my insurance but never heard back. My insurance adjuster hadn't heard anything from Service King & was questioning me about why Service King even ordered a tow for & accepted my car if they wouldn't be able to work on it. It was a terrible experience & this company is trash for lack of a better word. A complete waste of 5 business days and they delayed progress on my auto claim because they wouldn't evaluate the damages.Service: Body & Trim

I have to say I wasn’t sure was going to happen based off of other customers and the lower rating for this location, but they got it all wrong. The service provided was perfect from the first meeting to final delivery in my truck. Since they have a 5 star rating…I would give them 5 star PLUS! Thanks team, excellent job!Service: Body & Trim

The actual body work and paint looks great.The bad things are:Overspray was all over the windshield.The inside of the car was filthy with dust that the person helping us had to go get a rag to wipe the dirt so we can sit in it.The air/vent outlets have dust stuck on them and hard to cleanServices: Body & Trim
