We had a wonderful experience with Mike Henry. He walked us through the options of purchasing a new network printer/copier and was on-site when the machine was installed to provide training and user instruction. Both the equipment performance and the purchasing experience have been positive for our business.

We have had a wonderful experience with these people recently, they have not only been very professional, but service has been outstanding. We are always looking for ways to control cost and provide our office staff with current and up to date office equipment and technology. We were concerned after reading some of the reviews, however that must be way behind this company now as we are very satisfied with them, keep up the good work.

Stay away from this company!!They are rude and none responsive. They expect for me to give them all sort of information they should have in their files. They even asked me for the name of the sales person from 3yrs ago when I bough my equipment!!...in the first place the company where I bought it was sold to them so the name of the person who sold the machine it’s irrelevant to my question.They want to charge me a monthly service! And my question was;“What are you charging me for? What service am I receiving from you??”I think it’s an honest question if I’m going y to pay for it...right? Well the woman was rude and hang up on me after 25min waiting on the phone!!!Noey

They were our copier supplier and support company for 15 years. I trusted they were taking care of me, but long story short they locked me into a contract and charged me 10 x's more for our copiers than their actual cost!I'm still paying for copiers, I don't even use.I switched to CTWP. They set me up with copiers that run 50% faster for a 10th of the cost! Ron is Honest and Considerate. I couldn't ask for a better Rep.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY AND COULD CARE LESS IF YOUR MACHINES ARE WORKING OR NOT. THEY WILL LOCK YOU INTO A LONG TERM CONTRACT THAT IF YOU FORGET TO TELL THEM YOU ARE DONE THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW IT AND NEVER CONTACT YOU. ONE STAR IS WAY OVER GENEROUS.
