We came from Mexico to see Metallica at the Alamodome, we had to park far away because it was packed, my husband and I stopped at this gas station to buy a cold one and when I was about to pay the cashier (a man ) asked me for an ID I only had my Mexican ID with me and he said, ma'am you need a Texas ID and I said "hey I'm a 40 year old woman and that's the only ID I have, we just came for the concert, he said "I don't care, just bring me a Texas ID and I'll sell you the beer" I was so embarrassed because there was a long line behind me trying to buy a beer after walking for more than 15 minutes from the place that we had to park, He was Rude, took the beer and put it away and said Next .. 😂 if this gas station is close to the Alamodome and you know there's a huge concert where people from other countries are coming, just consider to be a little bit nicer. Thank God we didn't had any problem getting drunk at the concert 🤘

Quick in and out fill ups. Have found that some of the pumps are slow or non-operational sometimes. The store is locked early and late at night.

It's a gas station. The people complaining expect too much. The pumps work well and you can activate them from the Shell app. Never had an issue here. Quick access on and off I37.

Lady was very rude. Every night there is a new sign saying they are closed. Or the lady just hides in the back it is supposed to be a 24 hour store. The lady never ring up the items. And says give me the much with no receipt. My kids were left with no milk I asked for the lady name and she refused. I am tired of this lady not doing her job right she rolls her eyes when someone pulls up to the window. She need to goo !!!

The last time that I was here the service was horrible they insisted on keeping my change because their claim was they didn't have change The young lady was rude it's been about 6 months I went in there just moments ago Clarissa is such a friendly individual she's so down to earth and I just had to let it be known that if the people that make all the difference and make you want to come back at least it is for me I give it four stars because nobody's perfect

There are no bathrooms available for their clients, what a disappointment? then you ask them if they have a key and the only thing they answered is that it is not available.

For that old hag needs to mind her business one what vehicle I drive telling me I should drive a truck I'll drive whatever I want, she is one of the workers that works there, and also there is water in the gas!
