We went to get gas and we told the employee one and he put it on 8 and then told us to move to it but there was already another car there gassing up and would not refund us will not be back and will be going back to talk to a manager .

Closes randomly and the lady working is SO RUDE! She was rude today 1/24/2024, after 3 pm. Not sure of her name, but you can tell she doesn't give AF about her job or the customers. Plus it stinks in here like month old mop water. Yuck!!

Turkish Shell! This is the only Shell station that I know has a semi-permanent Turkish food truck parked out back! Wow! This is a really busy gas station. It's easy to access from the intersection of Babcock and Wurzbach, caddy-corner to a now defunct fire station. Their ice is in smaller bags than other places, and priced high. That ain't cool. Their gas is competitively priced. The service was aloof, but quick. The gas station isn't clean- the pump area had litter, and looked like a lot of stuff has been spilled here. However, there is in a nice parking area in the back to enjoy the Turkish cuisine.

I had stopped going to the shell station until about three months ago. The employee who works evenings, Liz , has brought life and good customer service back to ourcircle k ( shell) corner store. Always pleasant and helpful. The homeless are no longer handing out there and the store is always clean when she is working. . Thanks for being awesome Liz!

If you want Diesel, go elsewhere. All the diesel pumps are extremely slow. It will take you 10-15 min to fill up. It has been like this for months and nothing is getting done to fix it.

WARNING! HUGE WARNING!I used my fuel rewards card. First thing I noticed is that my name never showed. The kid said that everything was alright. I thought nothing of it because at the fuel pump I had the discount. I wanted to fill up so I asked for $60. At $20 it stopped. The kid told me that I would get the change in my credit card, which I'm aware, but he wouldn't let me go on another fuel pump and never explained why this happened.After I arrived to me destination 7 minutes away I noticed my gas gage barely moved. I mean it looks like it never moved. $20 would have moved a quarter of a tank. Is that possible to not give gasoline but the pump said it does?UPDATE: I WAS RIGHT! THE YOUNG MAN STOLE $60 FROM ME. I HAVE PROOF ON MY EMAIL.

Friendly staff and fast service even when there’s a line. The store is always clean and stocked for the most part.
