Sharandeep the cashier has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen , blames the customer more than he blames himself for his own errors and mistakes. Terrible service overall will not be coming back here and I used to come here everyday. Terrible service

Worst she’ll ever charged me 30$ in gas when I said 13$ they put my acc in the negatives and continued to say it was my fault for not checking. Even called hire up and he tokf me I should’ve spoke more clearly , this place is a joke of a business will never go back again

This Shell station is an absolute rip-off! Charging $3.19/gal for credit but only $2.69/gal for cash? Are you kidding me? No other Shell pulls this shady nonsense. It’s straight-up price gouging, and they’re banking on people not noticing. Disgusting business practices. I’m never coming back, and I’m reporting this to the state for investigation. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Same experience as other reviews. Deceptive trade practices having the price lower on the sign than what is on the pumps. Does not say cash price just has another price below and says card. Cashier says everyone does it but I think it’s a scam.

Had the worst experience today customer service was terrible the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. And I go there almost every day. And what's so sad he sold beer to minors there it was 5am when your not supposed to sell beer to begin at that time and mainly to minors wow. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful he was yelling at me and using awful language towards me so racist never going there again and I hope more people report him they need better cashier. The manger is very humble and nice but he needs do something about him employee the overnight one

This store is full of illegal activity. They sell beer after hrs to drinks and to minors while the charge double for it. The owner also used to purchase food stamps from one of his employees at a discount and would buy his groceries and then turn around and sell them for way more than retail. He's also running an illegal gaming ring tricking customers into thinking they can play with the possibilities of hitting a jackpot. He don't mind cashing you out at small amounts but when it came to paying out larger amounts he jumps ship and says he don't pay out. price gouges and does with no shame. The employees that carry out his wishes only do it cuz they fear that he will not allow them to work anymore. Terrible person!

**SCAMMER**I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS BUSINESS IS ALLOWED TO WORK THIS WAY. They've got a price difference $0.30 per gallon from what's on the sign and what's at the pump. And the teenager who is running the desk said that that's the cash versus card. And nothing has yet to say cash versus card. And this is a place that's well known for their police being up on things. Unless they're part of it. Very disappointing.

Sign outside says $3.49/gallon. You pump the gas it's $3.79. When talking with the manager he tells you there's a "work order" (called in) to fix it and refuses to provide evidence that there's a work order.He'll argue that the price listed is for cash only. Yet there's no sign.He states there's signs everywhere about the sign being broken yet walking around the store there are no signs.This owner is a liar and a thief. Shell should be embarrassed.DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE BUSINESS!

Customer service is on point and is the only reason I came here. But 18 bucks for a pack of smokes and 2 monsters? Prices are way higher than the two other stores nearby. I recommend shopping at those, prices are more reasonable.
