Gas station says they are 24 hours but never is open over night. I came at 12:45am July 5 the young man working over night said he was closed due to system update. Now if shell gas station has system updates that last all night every night what’s the point of being open your basically paying your over night person to babysit a store, which I find ridiculous. It would be more convenient for your time wise customers if operation hours where update so customer won’t be misled about store hours.

So this lady who claims shes the manager at the location of wurzbach rd really needs to be terminated. I walked into the gas station today to get $5 of gas and a pack of cigars, a lady in front of me who was Hispanic as well as the manager purchased a pack of cigarettes and the manager never asks her for her ID not once, I watched everything, then when it was my turn to purchase mine, the manager asks me to see my ID and I then asked her.. “ why are asking to see my ID if you didn’t ask her for hers?” she then states “well she always comes in here all the time I have never seen you walk in here, I don’t know you” referring to me. I calmly showed her my ID and placed it on the counter and she gets mad and says” I’m not giving you anything and refuses me service but makes me pay for gas. I think my next stop is filing a suit against her and the gas station due to African American discrimination and refusal of service I’m also going to report to liscensing about not IDing everyone that comes into the store when it is a law.

The overnight clerk does not pay attention, every time I go to this gas station he leaves us standing at the window for minutes at a time.

Idk what kind of people work here, but I've called 5 times. I'm from out of state and don't know the area very well, I was calling about some basic stuff, and whoever is working is both declining calls and letting them ring through. Poor customer service and extremely poor choice in employment. Looks like I'll be filling up somewhere else and getting some essentials elsewhere, too.
If I could, I would give a -5 star review. I drove past, and it looked like there was a customer standing outside the door with a worker inside. The door appeared to be locked. That's appalling and incredibly un professional. After seeing several other comments saying the door was locked at varying hours, I really feel as if new employment needs to be chosen altogether.

Rude person working here with marks in her neck as if she’s a teenager,even at that kids don’t do that no more and to come here to get attitude by a dark lady that has no communication skills what’s so ever

This is the 3rd time I come here and the doors are locked but say “open 24 hours” it’s 6:38 and no one is here both doors are locked. Never going to waste my time stopping here again.

On the website it says opens 24h ,I was there at 12:30 to get cigarettes the lady was inside the store and she didn't even look at me ,I was waiting for like 5 minutes and she didn't say a word to me ,after a while a asked her if you guys are open and she walked a way from me .

They close and lock the store when they want to. Watch people trying to come inside the store and workers just sit there.
