Returned from a trip to Oklahoma & stopped to fill up at the Circle K Shell at Wetmore & Thousand Oaks. The pump rejected my Shell Credit Card for some reason. So I lost discounted fuel for not using. Used another card. instead. 87 octane non- leaded gas was $2.469 per gallon. Auto seems to be running smoothly after tanking with Shell gas.

On Saturday June 7, went to pump gas with 20¢ off per gallon via Fuel Rewards program. Entered ALT ID, inserted credit card, selected regular unleaded gas. Nothing was pumping and it turned out the hose was not connected. Went inside to tell the attendant who finished my sentence already aware. He stated that my rewards promotion should work at a different pump. Changed to another pump, but my 20¢ off per gallon was no longer an option. Since it is past 10:00pm the support/customer service was already closed for Shell Fuel Rewards. While I was inside, the attendant said there was nothing he could do and another patron entered with the complaint of the hose not being connected to pump #7. In the span of over 30min, no attendant went out to cover the pump indicating out of order. I stayed to observe several patrons going through the inconvenience. I wondered if they did not put a cover over the pump on purpose? Very disappointing in the service at the store as well as the Fuel Rewards customer service online not being available.

Went to put cash on my cash app. The cashier working acted like the $ went in gave me a receipt . But didn't put my cash into my cash app. The receipt says denied . No one will answer the phone. I live about an hour away. Now I have to drive all the way back . Thank goodness I kepted the receipt. But the receipt doesn't even say the store name or # . Shady azz place .

Very unprofessional, they are remodeling the store but they don't post any signs saying that their system is down except for a little note that you don't see until you walk up to the door and the workers are inside just laughing and once you get in there they say we're closed and then I hear them say, "There's more coming."Why can't they block off the whole thing because customers are walking through the parking lot while there is construction machinery driving around somebody could get hurt.Very unprofessional.10/30/23

The car wash has holes in the line that supplies water to the undercarriage and tires. These holes results in lower water pressure on the underside and sides of the vehicle when you drive in. I reported it to the cashier. Maybe it will be fixed.

Machine not working the guy inside won’t help clear pump. Machine just keeps beeping. No gas . This pump is not working! No help from guy on duty!
