Pump machines are tired, old, dirty, and littered with graffiti. And half of them don’t completely work (inoperative receipt or credit card machine). This gas station is for emergency use only.

I put 10 gallons on my truck I had one quarter on my tank it didn’t make it to half tank. Those pumps are shady. I went inside to complain and the person there couldn’t care less. Never again. Stay away!!!!!!

CROOKS. Beware of counterfit products. I got a vape and when i opened it everything was off, first the flavor was horrible and burned my lungs, the color of the vape was off, the printing on the vape was crappy, as well as when i checked the qr code of authenticity , it came back as a counterfit. Do not shop here!!!

There are several one star posts for this location and Shell replies with “we take this concern seriously”. My question to Shell is, are you really going to do anything about it? Today was the 4th time that I’ve stopped at this gas station to fill up my tank and the pumps are ALWAYS having problems. Then I see other people stop, they get frustrated and then leave.A message to Shell company. Either take action or close this location down. It is just an annoyance and a waist of everyone’s time.

Drinks are always warm, I just go the extra mile to the 7/11 down the road.Nothing as nasty as a warm Red Bull.

Easily the worst gas station in San Antonio and probably the worst Shell of all time. Half of the pumps are broken and have been for a long time. Management couldn’t care less about fixing or replacing them. Avoid this pathetic gas station like you’re life depends on it.

This is the absolute worst station. Nothing ever works here. The pumps are very old and continually jam up, causing issues with your credit card. Yet again their system jammed up AFTER it accepted my card, and you need to go inside to get the attendant to cancel it which is another headache. Sometimes pumps are just completely out of service. There are wasps here constantly. Save yourself the hassle and stay well away from this place.

I had not been to this gas station in years, since every time I went something didn’t work. Last week my friends filled their tank on their rental there, and surprisingly, nothing has changed. One of the pumps didn’t work, the other was working but the screen was not, and so on.I truly don’t understand why people would choose to go to this gas station being that there are many new and much better ones so close by. Never going back. I want to support places that take care of their equipment and are proud of them, not this hole in the wall.
