This store has completely turned around! it used to be a horrible experience and they now have the best staff ever! I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars here annually so I need to deal with them on a regular basis. Holy cow what an improvement! 10/10 for Derick and Natalie!

Spoke to Jim on the phone. Very rude and unwilling to help. My questions were treated very much as an inconvenience. My family has been in the industry for decades and have always loved this company. It’s sad to see a store run poorly and disgracing the Sherwin Williams brand.
