No stars. I have 90 minutes waiting for a painting that I ordered days before. The manager's attitude is bad. Why do I have to choose another store to make the purchase? They need to change something here.

My family will never purchase another item from Sherwin Williams. This Frio St location allows the store alarm to continuously sound for hours on end during Sundays and overnight. This location does not monitor the alarm and allow it to continuously sound without consideration to the neighboring homes and apartments.

The service is terrible i rather drive way out of my way than to come to this location but sadly this is the only store to carry some of the paint i need so lately ive had to wait 1+ hours to get my order taken then another 30minutes to a hour to get my paint out the wharehouse,the only thing thats not lacking here is loud music in the wharehous.

Really ?!?! Store hours for Saturday 7-1pm !!I show up at 12:30 and everyone is gone !! And they forgot to give me my paint !! Perhaps adjust your hours Sherwin Williams !!!!! Very bad costumer service !! Especially when several people and contractors show up to pick up paint and store is closed !!

This store hours are from7-1 pm. Umm NO !!! It's not ! They apparently like to leave early and not give you all your paint! Came back for paint and no one is here at 12:30! Poor customer service ! You know several people showed up while I was here only to find out it was closed . This is terrible! Perhaps adjust your hours online sherwin Williams or tell your employees to let contractors know they are leaving instead of having me waste gas going back for my material after speaking with them!

I was told by several other businesses that the part I was looking for was not sold separately. I called Sherwin Williams Jessie knew exactly what I was looking for. He told me he would have to order it for me and have it in a week. He came through for me. All the other businesses just wanted to sell me the more expensive piece of equipment.

My truck broke down and I had to park in the parking lot. The staff inside was very nice and understanding and if I had to buy paint I'd definitely come back since the staff was so great. On top of that, sherwin williams is synonymous with great paint so why not come here?

I ordered paint online from Sherwin-Williams for this store.The order said it would be ready in “3 days or less”Today, on the 7th day I call to see what is going on- and I’m told (through no apologetic terms) that “the site has a glitch that allows you to buy paint the store doesn’t carry, so they are waiting for the shipment”No one bothers to call, or email, or communicate in any terms that this is an issue I will be facing, and they take no ownership of the mistake.I’m frustrated, and will not be returning to do more business here.

Ordered online on 1/16- was told "three days or less" Called on 1/22- received a zero apology "blame the internet" response. But she did say it would be ready that day WRONG. 1/25 I received vague help from the customer service line, and decided to show up to see if it was ready. No surprise, it wasn't. And no one in the store wanted to help me with any of the other purchases I needed to make. Do yourself a favor; go to Home Depot.
