We went in the night before to buy a large amount of paint, and found out that we should wait till the next morning, since there was going to be a big sale... Saving us a lot of money, then, the next morning I Received the best customer service by Yolanda, who is not only helpful in copying a color for me, but also showing me how to use the app and the color palette in the store. This may not be the closest Sherwin-Williams to my house, but it will be the one I go to for now on.

Asked for a specific type of paint, ended up with their higher priced one, I checked after the purchase. They threw in a 25% discount but still spent more money. Not sure what their sale strategy was but all I experienced was distrust, not a good look for my loyal business.

The service is by far inefficient, the employees only receive orders from their boss Lucio who never shows his face or personalized attention to the customer since he did not want to sell us a product because it was the last one they had in stock and if not "then they sell it" and it is until Lucio can go to the store to serve us and sell us what we needed, this is a clear example of inefficiency in service, nepotism and arrogance on the part of the owner Lucio. I hope my comment is useful to those who really need these products so that they think about it before going to this branch.

I have been to the Sherwin Williams on Broadway several times and I have NEVER been disappointed. Customer service is fantastic. I used to buy my paint at Home Depot, but have switched over because of the great service.

The delivery lady was super rude left all the paint outside on the curve refused to put it inside refused to give me her name and said she doesn't work for the company and to call her boss she doesn't care after buying $1000 worth a paint. Way to start someones morning with such a ugly attitude if you hate your job so much just quit...

Store associate, Chris was extremely helpful with color matching paint by only providing him a 1x2 piece I cut out of my wall. . I took the same sample to the "other" store but after 5 sample jars @$4 each and no luck.I tried the SHERWIN WILLIAMS $5 SAMPLE QUART Chris prepared for me as soon as I got home and it was a perfect match!!THANKS CHRIS!!SHERWIN WILLIAMS will be my go to from now on.

Very disappointed. I specifically asked for zero VOC paint. I was told the super paint is what I needed so I purchased 5 gallonsWhen painters started painting, I noticed the odor.I called the store to inquire if this was normal. I was informed the paint I purchased has a very low VOC.I did not ask for low but ZERO VOC.I am sensitive to some odors and also have a dog under 10 lbs.When I called I was told allow 5-6 days for the smell lto diminishMore than likely will have to place my dog in a boarding facility to avoid her getting sick.
