Ordered some paint online and went to pick it up and had them match a color I ran out of and the guy matched it perfectly. Very nice and helpful staff, very friendly.

I went to all the other Sherwin Williams looking for help trying to paint match but was unsuccessful. But then I stopped at the store on SW Military dr when Ruben Chapa Jr. and Joshua Rodriguez helped me finally!! I got the help I needed! They saved the day and I was truly grateful for these guys, their knowledge and their patience!! Thank you Ruben and Joshua! I will definitely be coming back to get what I need here!

Ruben, the store manager took good care of us! We got the wrong paint color and I was not happy with the color, he exchanged it out for us and I got the color I wanted. We get all of our paint at this SW location and they always take good care of us, we go nowhere else for paint. Thanks for the great customer service, we’re loyal customers for life!

This is seriously the worst location in San Antonio. Phones are always busy and they almost are always closed thirty minutes early. This is the closest location to my house but I'm better off driving to literally any Sherwin Williams in town
