What manager leaves a single person to manage the Friday morning rush? Stopped by this morning to pick up supplies and there was 1 single person attempting to help 10 contractors. She was only able to help 1 person at a time. I left to go to another store. Get the person some help please.

One of the best branches of this large chain of paint stores. I really liked the attention from the staff that works there since they serve you very well and speak both languages very well, both English and Spanish, which I found very interesting and Well, the store is a bit big but like the others there are items that they don't have and which is a little annoying since you have to go to another store to get it but in general everything is well recommended to visit.

Good service and availability of paint. Unfortunately, this was the 3rd Sherwin Williams store I had to visit because the first two, Stone Oak and 281 N locations could not reproduce the colors I needed for the brand.

When I first went in nobody said hello or welcome in. They kinda looked at me and looked away. I waited 20 minutes still didn’t get any help. They were more interested in helping the men that came in than me.

Thanks for not answering the phone when you’re clearly standing there. I followed google’s hours thinking you were still open which I have no doubt you can correct yourselves. Also super unprofessional the hand gesture by the man in white. If I could cancel my order I would but I had to drive this far because none of your other stores carry this specific paint which is also sad.
