We have been waiting on a response to our concern over the paint we purchased for our last project. Our client, as well as our company, is frustrated with the lack of customer service from Sherwin Williams, store # 707552. Clayton Leck was supposed to reach out over a week ago. The inquiry form on the website does not allow me to submit our complaint. We need a manager to help make things right.

Went here trying to match paint. Had made 2 other stops at a competitor which resulted in mismatched paints. Finally went to SW on Culebra . They were able to exactly match my paint, saving me from a lot of anxiety. Great customer service. Not 100% certain which person helped me but the receipt says “Cory”. So to Cory, a huge thank you!

One of the best branches of this great chain but like the others sometimes you don't find everything you are looking for but in general everything is fine you will be able to find various items for your jobs that you need to do although the prices are sometimes higher than the from its direct competitors but is sometimes compensated by the quality of the products.

Staff was incompetent and rude. I usually have nice things to say, but it bothers me when you ask for help and get smart remarks and told to figure it out. I think I will start driving to another location in the future.

The staff was very helpful and helped guide me as I was trying to match paint for some touch-ups. They did the best they could and even though the paint was not a match, due to builder likely diluting paint. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is due to cost. Almost $30 for a quart of paint is a bit steep.
