I arrived at the store 10-15 minutes to the opening time of 8:AM and it appeared that no one from SW was there. Lights were off etc. At 8:00 some of the contractors informed me that the side door was open so we went inside at that time. 10 minutes passed and no one from SW said a word to anyone. They just stood behind the desk and worked on prepping the store opening etc. (all things that should have been done prior to 8am for opening). First customer was not addressed until 8:15 and I did not speak with someone until close to 8:30 and even then the staff seemed bothered or half awake. There was no input or suggestions from the staff, no real interaction other than transactional. This was my first purchase at SW and the paint quality was good but I don't know if I will return because the store experience was sub-par.

My husband came in to buy a gallon of paint and I came in the very next day (since we ended up short) to get the exact same paint and same size. They charged me more for the exact same paint. Cheaters. I’d give them negative points if I could. I hope that slime ball that overcharged me sees this. I hate you.

Just like the other branches of this chain of paint stores, it takes a long time to make your purchases, there are not enough employees working there, just like the others they always don't have something which, apart from the time you have to wait, is which delays you going to another store so there isn't one in one which is a little annoying. In general everything is fine

Honestly, a terrible service. I have been buying paint at Sherwin Williams for 15 years and I have never had such a useless bath. I traveled an hour to buy the paint and he couldn't find the color. He blessed me with the base but I had to go to another store to get it. They asked me for the color because he couldn't show me the Colo that you already have the record in the store and Nia did want to show me the color

This was my second SW store for the morning and boy they are busy! Cesar was working 2 registers, 2 customers at a time to make the wait shorted which I appreciated. Once he helped me with my paint question and got me sorted out with the correct paint I needed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Really appreciated the great customer service that early in the morning.
