Good quality paint. I would highly advise researching and know exactly what type of paint you need prior to purchasing. I made the mistake of believing staff were well trained. I purchased paint on their recommendation find it is not the best suted for they material type. Now having to repurchase paint to start my painting projects. Lession learned. With much research and speaking to experts. I found I wasted my money on the incorrect product. These days everything is so expensive you need to get it right the time. Very disapointed. A expensive mistake. Thank goodness I didnt invest in the primers or the quantities I needed. Screwed my budget. Lesson learned. I'll never shop there again, my perogative. I did expect better.
Trainied. Apparently not well enough.

The associate at the counter was able to assist me in choosing the correct product for our application. He saved me some money when I told him the scope of the task we were trying to accomplish. I’ve tried many other common paint stores and home improvement stores for paint that’s durable and matches. SW exceeds those establishments.

I really like this store and location is very convenient for me but I really hate the service.. there is a brunette petite lady at the front desk and she is extremely rude with all customers.. it’s Ike she’s doing you a big favor for just taking your order ??♂️.. very unpleasant experience. I’ll place my orders over the phone moving forward as I don’t want to get this type of treatment

Terrible service. I called today to try to order paint and was met with an ugly attitude by the lady on the phone. I did absolutely nothing to deserve the attitude. I’m guessing she was having a bad day and decided she would take it out on me. You need to learn to check your feelings at the door and be professional. We all have bad days but the attitude was uncalled for. I read some of the previous comments and it sounds like possibly the same lady has upset other customers. Maybe if you’re feeling that jaded then find another job. I also had the conversation on speaker phone while I was ordering so at least my family got a good laugh at how snippy this lady was. Needless to say I ordered at the other location on stone oak.

I came into the store with questions regarding fixing a can of paint I purchased at another location. The female that works at this location rudely interrupted me while I was talking to the other salesman. There wasn’t a line of people in the store, she could have let me finish my statement/question. It is also very inconvenient that the systems the store use don’t communicate across all locations. Based on the customer service I will not be coming back to this location. I’m giving this location a 3 because the salesman I spoke to was kind and patient and let me speak.

One of the best stores of this great franchise in my particular point of view, one of the best experiences I have had shopping, the attention from the staff who works there is very attentive, the orders are placed in a timely manner and not like in Other stores that, even when requesting orders in advance, do not prepare them make you wait a long time and finally in this branch everything is different, the bad thing is that, like in all the previous ones, they do not have all the material that is needed or required to be purchased. But in general everything is good

I went in there a couple of days ago and I ordered a gallon of the smoky blue, satin finish paint. It was around $75. The person that got me the paint wasn't extremely friendly, but they were OK. I think they were just distracted at the time, I will say that they mixed up my paint really quickly, which I appreciate. I probably would've given the Sherwin Wiliams, a three star, if that was the end of the story. However, it wasn't!!! About a day later, I was looking online, and realized that I was charged more than I should have been. Apparently they had a 25% off sale that I didn't know about. I reached out to Sherwin-Williams, and they made me very happy with how the resolved the situation. They cared about the inconvenience that they caused me, and they went above & Beyond to fix it. Thank you Sherwin-Williams, I will be back! & I recommend others go back as well!!

Went in today to get some samples of paint. The store was bright and very organized. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

The store was very accommodating. When another store did not have the paint in stock that I needed, the manager of the store phone the other store arranged everything for me to get the needed paint. They even let me pick it up curbside.

Terrible Customer ServiceI went into the store on 281 on Monday, June 6 at 1:30pm. There was a line with three customers. After five minutes the lady in front of me left the store in a huff. I waited another ten minutes and also left. There was one man serving customers, and another guy standing at the register but totally ignoring us. How about, "Hello, welcome to Sherwin Williams, we will be with you in a moment? You can feel the culture sometimes when you walk into a store. I had an even worse experience at the same store two years earlier. Some things never seem to change. After leaving I went to the SW store on Stone Oak because I had to match a SW paint, and I was surprised to see the lady who was standing in front of me at the 281 store who left in a huff.
