I had a great experience at Stone Oak Sherwin-Williams! The service was incredibly cordial, and I was impressed with how professional and prompt the attention was. Lauryn, the manager and consultant, was extremely helpful—she went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Her expertise and friendly approach made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality paint and excellent customer service!

Rachel was amazing. She patiently walked through my needs and helped me decide on the best paint choice. I was approached immediately and had all questions answered, paint mixed, and checked out within 10-15 minutes. She even loaded my order into the car. I will definitely go to this location for all my future paint needs.

I was shopping for Proclassic alkyd enamel, oil based paint, unfortunately they did not have it. Gentleman at the counter, Zach, was Extremely helpful, called other SW stores for me, unfortunately nobody had it. He checked my, few years old, paint and recommended few approaches (to dilute with mineral spirits, and to filter it through a metal strainer). I did, and I was able to recover the paint. I am going to order a quart (no rush now) with custom colours, for future projects. Thank you, Zach, great service, greatly appreciated.

Service is terrible and they never have paint, which is weird bc it's a paint store. Today they recommended I just go to Lowe's.

Carlos is never helpful.All the men is this store need to be working at the Wendy's next door. Never have good experiences here! I always have to travel to other sides of town locations, because the location down my street are aholes.
