Just not meeting the expectations I have seen other medical supply companies provide. Disappointing, unprincipled do not waste your time with this company. You have enough on your plate to deal with I promise you will not find support here

They are incapable. There is no other way to put it. It boggles the mind how awful they are. We have been dealing with home Healthcare companies for nearly a decade and they are the worst by a HUGE margin. It's taken months to get care set up and they still sent a product that sucks. Avoid if you can.

Horrible Horrible Service! Extremely LONG phone wait times. They do not call you to let you know when they have not received an updated prescription which then leaves you playing a back and forth game of them not receiving the presciption when the doctor says they have sent it. Very Frustrating!
