The girl that’s was working the evening on Wednesday was horrible! Lazy! She was in the back hiding while on her phone.

My first time at Shipleys I went through drive-through told them it was my first time I asked what was the best doughnut and the girl Jessica with a rude response said I don’t like donuts from here. I got the worst service ever. She didn’t even want to hand me my bag, Jessica you’re the worst service I’ve ever gotten, you are so rude I will not be coming back if I could, I would give no star

They close the lobby whenever they want to but have some handwritten sign up that you can’t see til you get to the door. They only want you in the drive thru so don’t even bother walking up to the door.

For the past 3x my bf has taken me here, the donuts have been delicious, soft, and chewy! I love this place and I am happy I live right next to it. Maybe they will hire me soon! :)

My favorite donut from here is the chocolate-filled long John-- absolutely delicious every time. Crispy around the edges and soft in the inside. Service is always good here.

I missed Shipleys after living in Arizona for the last 5 years. They don’t have kolaches there so I was so happy to move back and live close to one. What happened to the sausage?? What I got was a tiny, skinny hot dog, so disappointing. The ham and cheese one was disappointing as well, hardly anything in there. This is not the Shipleys I grew up with. I’ll get the frozen pack from HEB instead from now on. Over $16 for half a dozen of bread. Oh, and no menu at the drive through.

$15 for a dozen donuts that look and taste they’re weeks old! I hope this place shuts down for ripping people off.

Bought a dozen donuts, a Cinammon roll, and 4 kolaches for my family. We ate them through out the day, sooo good. Soft, melt in your mouth, delicious goodness! Chocolate glaze is my favorite. Awesome service too (inside). I do wish they had a menu outside though!

In general, I'm not a big fan of donuts, but my wife is. So, when we purchase donuts for her, I'll usually get an apple fritter--which is what I did recently at this store. It looked good, but what a disappointment. When one buys an APPLE fritter, is it too much to ask to have it actually contain apples? ANY apples? It was a clump of fried dough, covered in a glaze, with some God-awful filling injected inside. Thankfully, there wasn't very much of that, so I could eat around it. My wife was disappointed as well. She ordered an assortment of items, one of which was a bear claw. Shipley's idea of a bear claw seems to be, take the same dough as was used in the so-called apple fritter, cut it in a different shape and cover it in the same glaze. No filling of any kind. On top of everything else, the order was screwed up. We only ordered six items but got home with 5 (left out the jelly filled donut), and they screwed up the topping on another item (ended up with caramel rather than chocolate). Won't be back.
