Bought a pair of shoes from here for my grandson I have to go back because they gave me one size eight and one size nine and what's crazy is in play look at the boat shoes put them back in the box and ring me up I thought for sure she did her job but I guess not I should check next time

My husband and I visited on Saturday, March 16th. As we walked in I said hello and the two girls standing at the front desk said nothing, they just looked at us. Luckily there was a very friendly gentleman in the far corner who greeted us. The entire visit, the girls only talked to each other and never helped us, gave eye contact or spoke to us. Initial greetings make a big difference and if it weren't for the very friendly talkative helpful gentleman we would've just left. Other employees need to learn some courtesy from their coworker.

Shoe Palace on Military in SA was a very nice experience. The employee, Matthew, was very helpful and checked up on us consistently. The store was well organized and have a great stock. Definitely recommend

Less than impressive at the beginning they seem very helpful but found a great deal 14.99 slides in which employee supposedly went to go help and get the other one then he swap my slides entirely to some that were 25-something next time y'all find a deal take a picture of it because he will switch it up on you Joshi was helpful just the other individual be careful with him the big guy he was the one that took my slide and changed it wish I could said something better about it since the one at Ingram seems to have more integrity than this one I am telling I will see that guy on the news in the future and not for good intentions
