1 star only because I have to in order to leave a review.. customer service is trash. I was the only person in the store with 2 associates didn’t acknowledge me walking in nor did they ask if I needed help even after I picked up a shoe. I’m not chasing anybody to spend MY MONEY. Didn’t even acknowledge me walking out the door.

They have an “okay” shoe selection. Nothing to brag to friends about. The staff however is having a great time standing around and gossiping. At least 20 people in the store and one person working the register while the others ignore customers wanting shoes from the back.

I was at this store for around 15 minutes. Four employees doing nothing but having fun. Not one single employee asked if I needed assistance. There were only four potential customers. Everyone one of us left and no one approached us. Then local stores wander why they don’t sell.

My boyfriend and I came shopping here for our anniversary and literally no one helped us or offered to help or even greeted us.. We were only able to try on what they had on display. we both wanted shoes too but we’ll just go spend money elsewhere

Tried to return defective Jordans and they declined the return because it was to worn when they were clean. Do not go here they will sell you defective ones.

If I could give them a zero star review I would. Don't bother, go elsewhere to buy shoes. There systems are old and if you try to exchange a defective pair of shoes they don't do it. I spent 140 bucks and it is trash!I'm so disappointed

HORRIBLE! MANAGER IS A JOKE! You better hope they don't sell you defective shoes. I wanted to exchange them only and because they were slightly used they wouldn't allow it. The Nike Jordans were defective! I didn't even ask for my money. I had proof I had bought them 6 days ago. This was at the la cantera location. I stayed outside the store and told about 4 people that were going to go in about my experience and they decided to go elsewhere. I go to the mall often and will make it a point to do this every single time I go so others don't have to deal with this horrible service.

I tried to return a pair shoes I purchased two days ago. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return the shoes due to using my DEBT CARD and there was only $8 in the register. I’ll NEVER shop with them again.
