Well, first of all, we took two of our grandchildren two days back to back. We bought a year of VIP passes for four of us. We should have had VIP parking, but it was full both days. The restrooms were not supplied with products that were needed. They were extremely dirty. I spent $120 on one of your games; basketball. My two grandchildren played the game. They dearly wanted the prize; BIG stuffed dog for one ball in the basket. My granddaughter has played basketball for 3 years straight, and my grandson for 2 years. Both of them have attended basketball summer camps and are very good at basketball. To have about 34 chances each and not get one ball to drop in the basket sure seemed odd. We saw a few younger and smaller in size children walking around with that prize and couldn't understand why the ball wouldn't go in the basket. Both of them commented that the balls had a lot of air in them, but as soon as it hit the rim, the ball flew out. My grandson asked if he could use the last two hoops to the left of them and was told, "No, something is wrong on those baskets." After hearing that, I decided to find this one little girl that had the stuffed dog and ask her how many balls did it take for her to get it and she told me two. I even took them back to try 3 more balls each. They still wouldn't let them shoot at either of the first two baskets. I told one of the guys working the game to shoot a basketball, and he did and made the basket right off at the second basketball hoop to the left. I then asked him to shoot again at one or both that my kids were using and was told, "Can't do it, I'm going on break." I'm sorry, but that didn't leave a good taste in our mouths. My grandson said that it seemed that the rim was smaller than it should be, and maybe that was the reason the ball wouldn't drop.

I have teenager both had a blast! There is plenty to do. We were there for 7 hours. We did go during spring break there was alot of people but we did not have to wait to long to ride. Batman was closed we did want to ride that ride. Also the line for a funnel cake was long. It was well over a 45 minute wait. We choose not to wait. Maybe next time we will get to experience eating a funnel cake. We used the valet parking, I do recommend that it seems a bit pricey but walking out of the amusement park it was very convenient to have them bring your car to you. I will most definitely use that again.

Food services were terrible!!!!!!! Waited over an hour at Fat Burger for food that cost way too much, and worse for the quality of food. There were 4 of us chicken, fried and regular coke was $100. One making burgers still while several are already made getting gross while they couldn't get chicken and fries moving. Terribly ran. Next time we will take our money out of the park to eat and recommend others too as well.Rides and Staff running rides were great.

This review concerns the food service within the park. I strongly recommend you and the family eat before or after visiting the park. The lines are long due to understaffing. This is done to save on the overhead of employee pay. One cook, one cashier is the norm. I was super hunger and waited 30 minutes for a stone-cold Hamburger from Bubbas Burger. $18 USD. You can get a top shelf burger across the street at the Rim for that price or less.

The park is really nice and there are so many options of different rides for all ages.I would advice anyone to avoid the photo package at all costs. They make it sound like there are photo options for all the rides, but in reality there are only a couple of them. We ended up paying 40 dollars for two people for 3 family photos at the entrance. This shouldn't be even allowed.

Had the best time at this park. As we were leaving they had a worker, working the gate and he told us he appreciated us and to have a safe drive home. He didn't have too those people are the people that make your business that must better. Awesome experience

Fun time not that long of wait for the rides. The food was ok but I don't think it was worth the price a bag of Lay's potatoes chips was pretty much $6 after tax. If I didn't have the diamond pass with a 20% off discount for food and merchandise my meal would have been $80 plus. But I recommend buying the year passes and the food pass it saves a little of money

Solid rides, help staff, and the lines weren't too bad during spring break.

1st time here during Spring Break, loved how well kept were the rides, music at the park and variety of things to do. For me, 1 day is not enough to enjoy all atracciones. Loved then scream Break, if I had the energy by the end of the day, I would have stayed to see costumes and shows. Will definitely return! Some quick suggestions:*Food stands- some only had 1 employee which made the line be a 1 hr wait. Please consider a 2nd staff.*Please have staff be trained on accommodations for disabilities population and encourage parents to ask for assistance if needed. The wait and crowds sometimes can be triggering for indiv with conditions.*Refreshing stations to avoid overheat

Six Flags has been really enjoyable the last few times we've gone.Staff is quick to keep the lines moving! Much appreciated at Spring Break, Freight Fest and Mardi Gras. Each time I felt it'd be so packed but we've left happy every visit! ?

Great place for the family. Lines are long for rides. If they would use two people to load and unload customers on some rides it would be faster. Overall great place

Waiting an hour in line to order food, and then another hour to receive the food is beyond ridiculous!!!! ?Why not already have the burgers, fries etc ready underneath a heat lamp so the line can move faster??.. I know why..It’s because it makes TOO MUCH sense for this establishment ?100s of people in line waiting with only 1 register taking orders? Is it 2024 or 1924? Unacceptable ?

We took advantage of the spring break special season pass upgrade to diamond and have been very pleased. Clean park, good benefits, nice variety. Great family entertainment.

more food and shopping than rides, to the point that there are multiple large stretches with no rides at all. even then the restaurants are cramped and expensive. benches are concentrated in huge blobs around stores and very few around rides. most rides are either too boring or too intense, with few good mid intensity options. lots of rides are for really small kids and have no appeal to anyone over 12.
