Very bad service. We went in as a wedding party. Me being the mother of the bride was told they could not take me because of a new appointment that was just called in!! So everybody else got manicured and pedicures. I received nothing. This place should take a few lessons in management.

This place was great. I had limited time. They were able to take me right way. Pedicure massage was one of the best I've ever had. Also one of the few spots close to Riverwalk open on Sundays.

Terrible scheduling issues. I asked if they could squeeze me in as I had a dinner to attend. (But I could go elsewhere, if not!)
He insisted he could get me in if I returned 30 min later, which I did. Then he had me wait another 40 minutes (while his coworker stood around cleaning, pretending I was invisible, only to then on another client ahead of me. She wasn’t scheduled!
. Finally they said they couldn’t get me in after all.
That’s 90 minutes of waiting & being ignored. I don’t know these guys well enough for them to hate me. But dang…
Separately, they’re diligent doing nails, but slow as molasses. It takes 90 min instead of 46-50 elsewhere.
Zero customer relations skills, too. No greeting, no conversation.

Let’s start with I rarely do reviews! But I feel like people need to know when services rendered are worth giving your business and understand people are trying their best to make a living.
With that said I would not give my business to this nail salon solely in the quality of product they put out. I travel all over and get my nails done and by far this is the worst quality dip I have ever had. The pedicure was nice but the end product looked like did a home pedicure. My dip polish started breaking the next day. I had my nails done 3 days ago and have three broken nails. They are so thin they just pop at the slightest bump.

What a wonderful experience! No nonsense and focused on the immensely complicated task of creating beautiful, durable nails. It took about 1 hour 45 minutes. I had nail damage from a couple of at home diy powder paste premix UV hardened gel. After inspecting and removing the remnants of the last polish, they got to work carefully prepping the nails for the new set. Really took their time ensuring all the nails were the same length and shape! Making sure they were right for what I was looking for. 💖 In the end I was stunned by the craftsmanship, attention to detail and the thoroughness of their work. And the best part, they're gorgeous!!

Love this place and the kind employees here! Ive been a customer for over ten years now and they are consistently great. I love that they don't damage my natural nails when performing services and they take care with detail. Every time Ive brought in a design pic I find online they do a great job of replicating it! I recommend Tom and Jenny there without hesitation!

Great if you're looking for a simple manicure or pedicure, but if you're looking for a full set of acrylic go somewhere else they snap off within a week of having them just from scratching your leg gently. I paid $125 for a simple pedicure and full set, never have I paid that much and never have I ever had acrylics snap ever.

The male (assumed owner), was very disrespectful, he completed my set and I asked him to redo the middle finger in the photo below because it was crooked, he tells me my middle finger is crooked and it wasn't him. I was asked to leave because the tech/owner was upset and started raising his voice after I asked him to fix my nail. I went to a nail salon less than .05 of a mile away and my nails are perfect. The work was so bad the nail techs took them off and redid them! Don't waste your time just go up the street to orchid nails!!! The right photo is the same hand from the second salon!! I have reason to believe due to another review three months ago that African American women may not be welcome in this salon.

I've come here a few times and I always end up happy with my results. It's a very professional and relaxing space. And everybody there is really kind, super diligent, and does exactly what you ask.

Great service, went in for manicure shellac, they ha various options for both manicure and pedicure. Good prices and nice location, the place is big and everything was very clean.

Went for pedicure this Wednesday 2/7/2024, decided to treat myself. I chose the Lavender Pedicure because I really wanted the warm paraffin but also liked that it included sugar scrub and hydrating masque. Forgot to ask the name of the nail tech but I was very satisfied, he was very professional and my pedicure was very relaxing. The salon is clean and calm. Plan to return and hope same nail tech is available.
