Our expert at the LaCantera Sleep Number store, San Antonio, TX, was absolutely excellent. From the moment we entered the store, until we completed our purchase, we were treated with courtesy and respect. The store manager, David, the store manager, met us immediately and introduced us to the Sleep Number line of products. He provided demonstrations of the various mattresses, addressed the various built-in capabilities of each and clearly answered each of our questions clearly and concisely. As a result of his in-depth knowledge of the Sleep Number product, without reservation we were able to make our selection of the bed we believe will successfully provide our sleep needs well into the future.
If you are in the San Antonio area and are interested in the Sleep Number products, I recommend the Sleep Number store at LaCantera and ask for David.

Fantastic experience at Sleep Number store in La Cantera. Oscar took time explaining all the features of the different beds such that I could make an informed decision. I felt no pressure to buy. Both Oscar and Yael answered my questions completely. They were knowledgeable and stood behind the quality of the mattresses. I felt comfortable making my purchase at this store. Highly recommend.

Overall experience was excellent! Jael Fajner went above and beyond assisting us throughout the process and even after the sale. She ensured all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The entire team was great! Extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very caring. We purchased the Sleep Number and are very glad we did. Highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience with Jael at the La cantera store. My initial intention wasn’t to buy a bed from sleep number but stumbled upon the store. I went to the store twice and asked a bunch of questions multiple times just to be sure I am getting the value for my money. At the time of giving this review I haven’t started to use to the bed. I would update the review then. For now the customer service I received from Jael has been one of the best I have received for years (especially with the stereotypes that a lot of person gives when it comes to customer service).

Paul is great. He followed up with us, respectfully, and he was incredibly helpful and easy-to-work with in-store. They also were super accommodating of our wild children.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Sleep Number, thanks to David, the manager! From the moment we walked in, David was incredibly helpful without being pushy, making us feel comfortable as we explored our options. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, guiding us through the process with knowledge and patience. So impressed with how well he worked with us that we ended up bringing our teenager back to find a bed for him too! David did an amazing job helping us choose the perfect mattress for our teen, just like he did for us. Highly recommend David if you’re looking for top-notch customer service and expertise—he truly made the entire process seamless and stress-free!
