I had an awesome in-store experience from start to finish. The staff was super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just great guidance. They walked me through all the options, helped me find the perfect comfort setting, and made the whole process feel easy and actually fun.
The product itself is on another level. You can instantly feel the difference in comfort and support compared to anything else out there. I left feeling confident I made the right choice and excited to get better sleep.

Note: In response to the review below Sleep Number responded that I should call the same customer service number that I called earlier and received no help whatsoever. I also note that their customer service hours are smack in the middle of the workday for most people--ie, very limited. These people know exactly who I am yet choose to post a nonsense/unhelpful response. Terrible customer service.
Prior post: I am sitting here, furious at Sleep Number. My bed was to be--and was--delivered today. The delivery people were great. However, when I purchased my bed I was told that my sheets and mattress pad would be mailed to me. When I asked the delivery folks where my linens were, they called customer service who told them that they were received at the store--meaning I was given them at the store. In fact, I was not given these items at the store. So I called the store. I asked that the sheets and mattress pad be brought to me (after all, I just spent a fortune on this bed), and I was told that wasn't an option. The person on the phone said that she would have the salesperson who helped me call me when he gets to work tomorrow (note that I had planned to sleep in this bed tonight). Then I called the 800 customer service number and was told that they have to verify with the store that I didn't get my sheets and mattress pad (effectively suggesting that I am a liar and thief) and that it will be 24 to 48 hours before anyone will get back with me. So I guess no sleeping on this really expensive bed for at least the next few nights. The most awful and insulting customer experience ever--and I haven't even laid down on this bed yet. Imagine what it's going to be like if something goes wrong with this bed down the road. I am livid--I would avoid Sleep Number the company and the store on 281 north in San Antonio at all costs.

Shane was fantastic. He listened to what I specifically needed in a mattress quality and budget wise. Frankly I have no idea why everyone doesn't buy one of these. the price point is super reasonable for the perks. Do not even try going next door. Awful people.

Visiting the Sleep Number store has always been a great learning experience. Shane Good ( sales associate) has been helping me to put together the purchase of my second sleep number bed for my master bedroom. I just purchased a Flextop East King C360 Smart Bed. Shane helped me in great detail on how the bed works and he even helped me load the Sleep Number app into to my cell phone. Great customer service experience and a great bed to sleep in!!!

Went in for the total protection mattress pad as mine is now 10 years old and looks from website have updated version that extends over the sides. Clearly communicated wanted Queen. The sales lady wanted to look up account. Clearly I have only one sleep number, a queen. However what she rung up and sold me was a king. I washed it and tried put on bed only to realize it's way too big and check the package says king. Expensive item for them to mess up when I asked for queen. But of course the small talk trying upgrade me to new mattress. So now the old one is now over this oversized new one to protect from dust mites. Pretty annoyed since can see on the screen the size of the bed on top of walking in saying need a Queen. Plus I am sure she just made more commission selling a bigger size and not to mention charged more for bigger size I didn't need.

We were promptly greeted and listened to our needs. It was a great experience with understanding what was offered and the options that seemed to address our wants and needs. No pressure and great follow-up brought us back after looking at competitive options.

What a wonderful experience we had!! I had a mindset that we were going to walk in and be swarmed by salesmen/ woman. But not at all Andrew was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Explained everything about the bed, help us narrow down to what bed we pick, & got us all taken care of within an hour or so. Definitely recommend this sleep number location & so excited to get our bed!
