Started out ok despite the very not so professional look. Then came my 2nd refill. The day passed and I was fine so I called the next day to be told “the prescription is out of stock.” Really, and you just let customers wait unknowingly?! Unprofessional

All the staff is so knowledgeable and willing to help, prescriptions are always ready when they say they'll be - it's so hard to find good service in healthcare these days, but these guys are the absolute best.

I am very upset that my prescription was refill and was lost due to the fact that I had move to a different city. I contacted the pharmacy and Syva show no empathy in solving the issue acted like he did not cared, my personal information was lost. I will contact my insurance and let them know that I never consent for my prescription to be refill. PLEASE LEARN WHAT EMPATHY MEANS! I was not even given a sorry or any solution was given to me. I will NEVER do any business with this location I was a loyal customer for so many years.

Love, love, love... they r always working hard and diligently when I go n!! Friendly and answer any questions I have regarding my meds. Love that they deliver when I'm unable 2 go n and pick up my meds as well.Pharmacist is always very knowledgeable on all med questions.
