Best and upmost professional. !THIS location is very nice clean store and very friendly and excellent customer service .Ruben is an outstanding representative .I highly recommend this location because of him and boardwalk location because of representative Ralph professional and courtesy management.Thank you for making this difficult situation less difficult.

Install was straight forward after making appointment with the Smart Start 800 phone number, took about an hour. Each month the calibration took about 5-10 minutes. The uninstall was straight forward too and only took about 15 minutes. There was no damage to my car from the install/uninstall and the device worked fine for the 6 months I had it.

The technician was very business like except for his badly stained shirt, company should provide adequate uniform so their employees can look sharp.Regardless, he was very helpful, informative, and professional.I take full responsibility for needing this service, tho I wish I didn't have to.My appointment took 30 min.I like the convenience of paying online and not have to go back in for another 6 months.

It's not so much this particular location but the Corporation in general that really irks me. Of course the circumstances requiring one to use this service are in just about every case self incurred. The consequential nature of this device is one that can weigh heavily upon the users of the product. For instance it is possible that these alcohol monitoring devices can malfunction or provide inaccurate sample results which ultimately can end in legal repercussion. I have experienced this issue and the company would not provide me even the most basic documentation of the tests I submitted. Aside from the legal obligation shouldn't there be a separate relationship between this company and the users of its product. Of course I've seen in many instances how local jurisdictions have vague and often ambiguous contracts with various outside companies and organizations. This is just yet another one of those. Basically due to public ignorance on the matter this sort of business relationship is more or less a racket that freely takes advantage of those involved without legitimate oversight
