These unprofessional employees ruined my car wiring and components when removing the breathalyzer from the car! Who is going to pay for my damages! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
The butfon to remove the hood doesn't work and it looks like they just did everything halfway!
I hate this company! Never choose them. Will probably file a small claims suite for this.

The staff was very straight forward and helping. They were very informative and welcoming. The office was clean. The service provided didn't take long. Wish it was under different circumstances the service was needed but with the staff there was no judgement nor attitude

My initial experience, when first calling, wasn’t what I expected. Not being able to know how much the install was going to cost stressed me out a bit, and person I spoke with was not able to tell me at all. Once I called corporate number, I was able to get that number.Once I arrived, it was a much better experience. The install was fast , and the instruction given was very clear. I’m glad I stuck with this Smart Start. This experience alone is already stressful, I’m hoping going forward they provide the same great service as they did with the install.

I've had the interlock device for over a year now. Been to this location several times as it's near to where I work. I strongly believe they purposely take long to calibrate the device especially when there's a long line of vehicles. 40 min to calibrate one vehicle at a time is ridiculous! This last visit there was nearly 10 cars waiting in line I waited to see how long it would take them to calibrate 1 vehicle at a time as I waited for an entire hour, only two vehicles where calibrated during that whole entire hour. Making me believe they purposely take long just to get people to leave. I myself got tired of waiting and ended up going to another location nearby where I was in and out in less than 15 mins. This is how I know these guys take long on purpose because I've gone to other locations and I'm in and out even if there's other vehicles ahead of me. My suggestion hire better employees with better service skills cause the ones you all have now ain't it. Also visit the guys at 1806 McCullough they are professional, friendly and don't have you there waiting like an idiot to have your device calibrated.

This location is the worst. Need better employees here. Always so lazy and slow and give wrong information. If you have to deal with this company go to the location off of 35 and Eisenhower. You will have a completely different experience. Fast and friendly. But broadwalk location is a joke worst employees I have ever came across in any type of employment

The guys were really nice and professional. The training could have been a little more detailed. For instance, I wasn’t told that I had to breathe into the device three times a day even if I didn’t go anywhere. That in itself could cause more strife and more money out of my pocket. Aside of that, my experience was pleasant.

Horrible customer service! I got there prior to open heads up guys only two cars can wait at the window... They do not have a sign posted to state this they just come out and tell you to get to the back of the line... I asked why there was not a sign posted they stated the property manager won't allow it. Uhhhh you are the business post a well made plastic sign. Anyway rude techs! Culebra is the best location by far friendly guys who do the recalibration in half the time. I'm 4 years sober and work in recovery addiction and they act like everyone there is a low life.... I'm sorry yes I made a mistake but I expect to be treated professionally because I am paying for a service. As does anyone who comes to your facility for service for their interlock no matter what they did to get it. I often recommend smart start but I will be telling people to stay away from this location.

First of all, who really wants to be here in the first place! With that being said, I went in even more nervous from all the reviews! The guys were super nice from the moment I walked in the door. I have a Tesla and this is the only place that installs an interlock device on them, therefore this was my only option. They scheduled me for a 4 hour appointment, but by the time my paperwork and training was complete the technician was almost done! I was in and out of the shop within 2 hours.Thank you for making one of the hardest times of my life a little less stressful!

Super professional and quick. I have had no trouble with them at all. There is just two men working so if it gets busy. Just be patient. They explained everything very well and were very patient with me and all the questions I had for them

I hope this review finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service experience I recently encountered at your establishment. To put it bluntly, my experience was the worst I have ever had. I waited in line for an excessively long time while the employee ahead of me took a staggering 40 minutes to complete their transaction. It was apparent that this delay was solely due to the fact that the individual in question was a female. I couldn't help but feel that the employee was more interested in trying to impress or engage in personal conversation with this customer, rather than providing efficient service. To make matters worse, when it was finally my turn, the same employee miraculously completed my transaction in a mere 7 minutes. This stark difference in time clearly indicates a lack of professionalism and favoritism on the part of the employee. It is unacceptable that such behavior is tolerated in a customer service environment. As a customer, I expect to receive fair and equal treatment regardless of my gender or any other factor. It is disheartening to witness such blatant discrimination and disregard for providing satisfactory service. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue. It is vital that you provide appropriate training and guidance to your employees, emphasizing the importance of treating all customers equally and professionally. Your customers should not be subjected to the whims and biases of individual employees. I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and strive to rectify this situation promptly. I am hopeful that steps will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure such a disappointing experience in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
