Called several places to quote a new home purchase and the first few, did to pickup or was redirected to an agent that hasn't call back yet. Glad I changed my search and found this agency. Promptly pickup and took information to start my quote and was very nice to work with. This interaction definitely help ease my anxiety as my first online quote was so high! Hope they can help bring this premium down!

I got a quote from them for commercial insurance for my business. They worked with me and got below the price of my other carrier. Every time I have sent them an email requesting a certificate of insurance or any question they respond promptly. Very good and responsive company.

I had never heard of the SOGO Insurance Company until your consultant, Mr. Rodrigo Marin, informed me about it. It took me some weeks to decide if I wanted to make changes to my policy's, Auto and Homeowner's, or not because I had been with the same company for a number of years. I was curious as to how SOGO could help me, so I called Mr. Marin to have him give me a quote. I was surprised at the amount of savings and benefits, especially on the Auto Insurance, that Mr. Marin was able to get me. I immediately informed him that I accepted the changes to both of my insurance policies, and I am very pleased.I would also like to inform you that Mr. Rodrigo Marin is a very professional consultant who gave me information concerning your company and the ways that SOGO would be able to help me. Once I gave Mr. Marin all of the information that he needed, he immediately went to work to find me the best deal possible. We agreed to meet on a certain day and he went through all of the paperwork and explained everything to me in detail. I loved the fact that Mr. Marin was not pushy while informing me of how SOGO could help me save some money on my insurances. Our company switched to Sogo a year ago and even though we thought the task was going to be daunting, Sogo made it easy and we are SO glad we changed over. Crazily Sogo's rate was a bit higher than our old coverage BUT the customer service we receive has been absolutely AMAZING. I get my COI's in minutes/hours as to where with our old agent I had to wait days for them. I appreciate how quickly and flawlessly they take care of us. If you are thinking of switching - DO IT! You will be happy that you did!
