The staff at Soma were absolutely wonderful! I’ve always dreaded bra shopping—it usually feels awkward, uncomfortable, and honestly like a chore. I went in expecting the same kind of experience I’ve had elsewhere: frustration, bad lighting, and the feeling that nothing fits quite right. But today was completely different!
From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcome and at ease. They were so friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect fit. The associate who helped me took the time to understand what I liked and what hadn’t worked for me in the past. She made thoughtful suggestions, brought me several options to try, and explained how each style would support and flatter my shape.
What really stood out was how empowering the experience felt. Instead of dreading the mirror, I actually felt confident and beautiful. The gals at Soma turned something I usually avoid into something fun—and I walked out not only with the perfect fit, but also with a smile. I truly felt like a goddess!

Soma is truly amazing! I always shop here for my pajamas and especially my loungewear—it's my absolute favorite. The quality is incredible and everything feels so soft and luxurious. What really touched me is how personal their service is. They actually called me for my birthday (not a robot!) and even sent me $20 to spend. It made me feel so special and appreciated. It's rare to find a store that combines beautiful products with such thoughtful customer care. Highly recommend!

I wanted to applaud the customer care from Lizette and Assistant Manager Isabella. A customer ahead of me was extremely mean about her inability to return and repurchase her items for a lower price, I believe. She was just taking her rage out on these poor women doing their job. They handled her rage with calm words. I can’t say I would have been able to do the same. Thank you for being kind humans.

I always feel welcome and cared for walking into the store. I was able to order online and pickup same day, which was super easy. Most friendly store in La Cantera!

Stopped in for a quick purchase, line was 4 people in front of me. Got down to 2nd in line and the two ladies together in front of me had 2 separate purchases and a return. Asked the cashier if someone else can help me and she graciously called for backup. That’s when it got bad as the new cashier had attitude and stated we aren’t supposed to have 2 registers going at the same time. I told her I would gladly leave my items and exit the store as she was so rude. She rang me up and I took off but I will NEVER be back!

Elizabeth was amazing! This was my first time here, and she was so helpful throughout the whole process! She measured me, got me different sizes/styles and colors to try on so, that I could be comfortable as possible! Elizabeth will now be my go to girl! I recommend her & this location! Some of the worse customer service I have ever received. Store was open , no customers, had called same day toTake advantage of a presale for VIPS, to be turned away and told to make an appointment!Hence I left and told them to lose my number.
