Tonight I ordered a #2 with no mustard, Sonic Size It with a cherry limeade drink and chili cheese tots. I had to repeat the order 3 times till the attendant read it back correctly. Drive up, pay and hands me my order. I noticed it was a small drink and asked him if this was a large. He said no, I told him I had it Sonic Sized. He said “oh, I guess I didn’t hear you!” Said ok and drove off. I got home and received a double burger with no veggies, no mayonnaise, it was a completely dry burger. And instead of a drink, they gave me a slushy. ?My wife called and the guy clearly heard my wife asking for the manager. The manager comes on and my wife explains to her what happened. Then your manager starts repeating “I can’t hear you” and hangs up. My wife calls back, explained what happened and your manager deliberately starts her “I can’t hear you” game again and rudely hangs up. I hope corporate and the franchise owners reprimands her on her customer service skills because they suck. What a dump this Sonic has become!

after waiting 10 minutes no one tells you to use the drive thru so that's the reason why this Sonic is empty during happy hour and the drive-thru is very very slow.

Looks really dull. Food was below the correct temperature for serving. The young man that helped me was nice and polite. Once again I didn't get my cheese sticks. I don't know what or why they always leave them out but going back Everytime is not an option. Maybe a double check on tickets would be helpful.

Worst sonic in SATX. Demolish it and put in a Freddy’s or something. Always out of everything. Trash service. Wait times like they’re milking the cow for the ice cream lmao.

Most of the stalls don’t even work. The wait is always long for a small order even though there may be just one other car present. Every time I want to give it a second or third chance, they always disappoint in some way.This last visit I placed an online order for a wacky pack meal and a burger. I arrived on time and the screen said they were on the way with my food. There were only 2 other cars in the stalls. Over 30 minutes later, I was still waiting for my food to be brought out to me.I had my small kids in the car with me and they were crying agitated from the wait. We drove off without my mobile order because we couldn’t wait any longer.Update: My boyfriend went back in my place to get a refund or re made food. He spoke to an older lady who was very nice and apologetic. She said that she was there on her own and was slammed. They remade our food but he stood watching from the window. He watched a gentleman prepare a burrito for a drive thru order with his bare hands then started texting and touching his face. We will never return to this Sonic.

I think this will truly be my last visit to Sonic. I waited 20 min for my order, and they forgot part of it. I really want what I paid for, but I’m not willing to wait another 20 minutes for them to right their wrongs. I’ll just let everyone know that I’m frustrated, disappointed and out $28. Farewell, Sonic ✌?

y’all need to change the oil, them tator tots were so hard and burnt looking felt like I was gonna break my teeth biting into them, and the mozzarella sticks don’t even get me started they looked like snickers.

i usually don’t do reviews but i’ve been here a few times and there’s almost always a problem, today the screen said that someone was bringing my food out and after 20 minutes of waiting i left without my food so i wouldn’t be late for work, from an outsider looking in it seems that they’re under staffed and the people that are working are overwhelmed. the employees there have been nothing but kind to me every time i go but i just get tired of waiting 30 minutes for just a sweet tea and a corn dog.

Literally filled a large milkshake only half way and the rest with whipped cream, the other was a chocolate chip cookie dough that had no chocolate chips. Glad I didnt leave a tip, job is just too hard for people i suppose. Buy a rope troglodytes. Would love a refund.

Had a mobile order. Waited an extra 10 minutes after checking in before pressing the red bottom in to check on the order. Took another 5 minutes for them to bring it out. Once we got the order several items were wrong. Called in again to let them know and they brought out the entire order again (except for new drinks) the order was wrong again. The exact same thing and as we had told them one of our drinks was wrong. So basically we got the same wrong order twice and they didn’t even fix the drink.
