We had two ladies on the headset when we visited. One was being trained. She was such a great sport! I told her she's doing great! The trainer was very informative, and I know this because I could hear her in the background! Lol but she was super sweet. Very nice. The food was hot and fresh and correct. My husband even lost his wallet when he got out of the car and feared it was on the ground. We called them and they went outside and looked for us. Although they did not find it (he had it the whole time lol) they took the time to go out and look for it which we really appreciated

After receiving horrible over salted tots I had to throw away after one visit I said I would never return . My son wanted mozzarella sticks so I went back after a few months . Excellent advice with Patrick who was so friendly during the drive thru experience and who gave me my order. Food was way better this time . I did tell them at the drive thru please no overly salted tots.

Eva and her team always make me feel appreciated and cared for. They're all really friendly and genuine and,aside from the great food, it's one of the big reasons this is my sonic of choice!!

Pulled up Sunday, Dec 10th at 11:15pm. Drive through had 3 cars including me. At first I thought the guy in front was taking forever to order, but then he peeled out clearly frustrated. When I pulled up I realized that no one was answering to take an order. When I drove past the drive through window I could see a couple of workers in the kitchen, it looked like they were dancing or something, whatever it was it was not taking or processing orders. I then parked in a stall and pushed the red button. 10 minutes and nothing. They weren’t taking any orders at all so any excuse of being overworked is a straight lie. As I was leaving the restaurant I saw a female worker walk out of the restaurant with a young male who was not wearing a uniform, laughing and smiling(probably at all the angry customers they were disrespecting) . They nonchalantly sat down at the bench by the entrance. They showed no acknowledgment of any of the customers or a care about anything. THE NIGHT MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!! The whole experience was extremely rude, unprofessional, and devoid of any respect for the customer. Somebody needs to take OWNERSHIP of the situation and ensure ACCOUNTABILITY.

Worst experience I've ever encountered at Sonic of my life!! If I could give no stars I would! Went through the drive thru, tried to order and Avay sounded very nice to start. I tried to order 3 times but I guess with the wind she couldnt hear me. I gave her my order after going to the window and was upsold and the order was wrong!

Drove up to booth 12 and push button to order. Sat for 15 min. Moved over to 11. Sat 15 min and never got service so went through drive through another 15 min. That’s not all they cashier walked around the corner with my credit card then came back a few min later. That’s not professional at all. I didn’t want to blow up on the kid so called directly after and nobody would pick up the phone. So called again 15 plus rings and got nothing. Got home and called 866 and got Mary who was not much help. So call the stir again and let it ring for 5 min each time. Be careful looks like they could be getting credit card number. Food was not fully cooked, my wife and I woke up the next morning with food poisoning. I would highly not recommend going to this sonic. The fries didn’t taste done at all. Almost as if they rushed the food. If I could could negative stars I would.
