I liked to review the service, but unable to acquire said service. Called for mobile tire service, was told they would call back. They did not. Called the next day, requested again for mobile tire service, was referred to their call center, call center transferred me back to same store, again referred to call center, call center AGAIN referred me to the store. Y’all just lost yourself a camper requiring all tires to be replaced.

I visited today at 7:37 AM for a trailer alignment. After checking in at the front desk, I dropped my trailer at the second bay and was told to wait for Taylor, who would be helping me.
Around 8:27 AM, Taylor came out and told me to wait a few minutes, assuring me he would start working on it shortly. I patiently waited in the lobby until 12:27 PM — nearly five hours — but no work was started.
I went inside several times, asked the front desk for updates, and was repeatedly directed to Taylor in the second room on the right-hand side. Each time I asked him when he would begin, he said he would meet me in the lobby — but he never came out.
After wasting almost half a day with no communication or progress, I had no choice but to reconnect my trailer and leave disappointed.
I strongly urge the manager or supervisor to review this situation. Customers’ time is valuable, and this kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. Please address this issue and ensure employees like Taylor are more responsive and respectful of customers’ time.

I brought my trailer for alignment to Tyler he wasted my whole day. He is so much disrespectful and the laziest turtle . Didn’t work on my trailer he was busy on his things . Never come to see my trailer .. no top management is taking an action I took out my trailer and left their property . I will never come back again

Truck was there since 7am for alignment signed in on clipboard and crew was aware truck was in line with driver waiting. Well noon came around turned out they removed the name off clipboard and was there for nothing all morning! I was told they do it in purpose so if someone they know comes around.
