Intimate art gallery for all. This space has a way of letting whatever you have going on outside go — Albert m shares a true part of his life with you through his work and has created a culture of inclusive art, community engagement, and creativity. I always leave here feeling inspired and have been lucky enough to collect works of his that not only mean something to us, but always is a conversation starter for our guests. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to just have a great convo with a local artist or is looking to collect some dope pieces of work!

BUCKET LIST!! My favorite art gallery in San Antonio run by my favorite artist couple! Albert and Caroline have done an excellent job of bridging the local arts community with the people. yiu can expect beautiful and vibrant works of art along with great conversation with the actual artists! You have to visit for yourself and experience one of The Alamo City’s hidden treasures. Support living artists!

Albert and Caroline do so much for the local art community and Southtown Art Gallery is just an extension of that. Both are incredibly talented artists and wonderful people to have in your circle.
I was the first artist in residence at Southtown Art Gallery, and Albert took incredible care of me. He taught me more about the business side of art, cool techniques, gave me insight and supplies, and became a friend in the process. Seeing him interact with people on Second Saturdays was awesome, he has harnessed such a great community and can’t wait to see what else him and Caroline do.
Stop by for incredible art, laughs, and more. They are the best!

We stumbled into this gallery on accident and became instant collectors! We were warmly welcomed by Albert who shared stores of inspiration and quickly made us feel like a friend. We now own 3 pieces and can’t wait for what is next!

A wonderful establishment that routinely features socially-distanced outdoor galleries with a broad range of local artists changing weekly. They share the large lot with a great little coffee shop, Gold Coffee, and mouthwatering local favorite, Bandit BBQ, whose smell you will pickup upon parking. A must go in San Antonio!!

Always a great experience here. I have talked to Albert (curator/owner) and he is such a genuine and inspiring person. The art is always amazing, and it’s not over saturated to the public. Highly recommend going to check this out!
