I am still renting there. But trying to move out ASAP. The rules they have r mess up. They charge me 50.00extra the night I move in. Because they close way to soon. 6pm they close. Plus u have to sign in and out. They charge me 50.00 dollars because they had to stay late.. All that money they make. Then they get mad if u don't sign in. No other storge place that I know of works this way

I just called to ask for information and the lady does not speak Spanish, she was rude telling me that they only spoke English there, I recommend that you look for someone who speaks Spanish and who is educated today is 05/22/2020 it is 12:35 in the morning so that Do you know who was in the office at this time...very bad customer service... Disgusting
