Was having an issue with the modem and came into the Spectrum store. Blanca was the one who assisted me and she was amazing. Super helpful, very knowledgeable and answered every one of my questions. Her service is top notch and one of a kind and one of the reasons I went into this specific store. Keep up the great work Blanca.

Best experience at spectrum EVER. Blanca helped my entire family and I, she was so thorough on the different types of internet service available. Offered cellphone service which we WILL be back for, and was even able to add some TV service. Highly highly recommend her if you are in this location. You will have the best customer experience.

Bad experience at this location. Needed help with my sim card and just overall instructions on how to activate. I was turned away and advised that i needed to call in. Went to the location at the rim and was assisted with no issue. When i went the store was empty. No customers at allNo excuse to not be helpful

I frequently visit this store for all of my equipment needs. They were just conveniently located nearby my residence, but I love their customer service so much that I will make the 20 minute out there for what I need. They are very knowledgeable and helpful on correcting issues or letting know who I need to contact.

Pricing continues to rise and discounts only apply to new customers. There are much better options for Wi-Fi and cable service in addition I lost ESPN at start of College football.

Bottom line the internet keeps shutting off , you are never guaranteed reliable service, they run maintenance all the time and will shut off the internet for 6-8 hours . Even when it works the tower thing blips on and off frequently kicking us off devices and making us reset connections constantly

Good service and good staff. Very helpful in clearing any issues and your tickets are patiently handles. Sign in once you enter and you are good to go . Relax in sitting area while you are waiting in line .

Sometimes in life, it's good to know that there are people who know what they're doing, and MATTHEW KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. He was completely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, and never once did I feel rushed... that only did I not need a new phone, but he fixed mine within seconds where, let's just say, another store across town, screwed it up entirely. If this man doesn't get a raise, there is something intrinsically wrong with this world... because I saw him like that with all the customers he even had before me. So on a personal note, thank you Matthew for helping me out!

The employees at this location are very nice. I have always been treated like a valued customer. Ms. Sosa provided superb customer service, she was friendly, and resolved my issues. I’m glad I finally found a reliable service provider.

Yesterday, we had a horrible experience with Sosa. We asked to have a modem replaced and she refused saying they were all the same. She got increasingly more aggressive and aggravated as we requested a replacement for our faulty modem and requested a specific model as we knew we would continue to receive a poor internet connection. Examples being slamming the cabinet doors open, having an attitude, and overall poor customer service. Do not expect to be treated well by this person.

Sales people were helpful and friendly but not knowledgeable about what I needed for my particular situation had to make 2 trips to store and still did not get what I needed, finally got situation straightened out with phone support supervisor

3 techician visits and probably a dozen phone calls to customer service over the last 3 WEEKS and STILL NO INTERNET.They provided me 2 modems and 3 wifi routers, but none of them worked.I bought my own wifi/router combo and still no internet.I'm tired of dealing with y'all at this point.

it was my second time is there and got Blanca!!! Her knowledge was on point and her Customer Service was even better. She is the main reason we are with Spectrum now and enjoy it thanks to Blanca!!!!!
