Never had Spectrum before. My service rep, Yolanda was great help and she got me taken care of and answered all of my questions with an amazing attitude. I thought she was the store manager when I spoke to her. Lastly, I had some problems installing some routers and she wasted no time sending someone over to help me out. 100/10, thanks Yolanda.

Walked in today and Store Manager Greeted me at the door. Asked me what brought me into today. I had a billing question. She was able to help me right away. She showed me how much I could save bringing my lines over. She won me over! Her professionalism and knowledge is outstanding! Would recommend you all to visit her and set your mobile up with her. She is very knowledgeable and breaks down everything to you! Thank you Amanda! Spectrum is lucky to have you as there leader!

I read some of these reviews and most of these people should return their equipment at ups instead of waiting in line. (Options people!) It’s free, fast and convenient. Pay your bill over phone, use the machine, send it in, or do the app. These complaint are over things you can do else where. These employees are fantastic. Leadership always on floor supporting. They give you 100% of there time. After those that don’t need to go in there go and complain! You all keep doing great! Don’t let these negative reviews bring you down! My experience was 100% fantastic!
