I visited your store today, and was very pleased with the service. Giovanni was super polite and had our new line and phone set-up in no time. I've never had bad customer service here at this location. Highly recommend

I pray that nobody has any need to visit one of these stores. I've only had to enter this store twice in my life and both were the most irritating experiences I've had with an ISP. Hours of waiting on top of sales floor reps tag teaming some poor old guy into buying Internet and cable packages he doesn't need. These places are just a cesspool of corporate greed and bureaucracy. Just don't go, do everything online or over the phone. These people suck.

Terrible service. Terrible atmosphere. The rep didn't want to sell me product for my new Google Pixel Pro 8. He said BestBuy is the place to go. While I was in the middle of asking questions, another employee rudely interrupted and cut in to ask about other stuff. I simply walked of and spending my money at BestBuy.
Spectrum Internet sucks and I'll be switching soon and returning this phone
I bought through Spectrum as well.
I'll go somewhere I'm appreciated.

This was my 3rd time coming to spectrum frustrated because my contact calls were going to my voicemail. Long story short, it took awhile for the girl by the name Kira that went the extra mile to find the problem and was able to fix it
Now I'm a happy camper, yeah!

Staff were very unfriendly, especially when you NEED to discontinue services. I had bad customer service on the phone AND when I came in to return my equipment. I’ll make sure not to recommend them to family and friends.

Yesterday I went to the spectrum store and the young Juan and Andrés are very friendly, Verda would not change me to another company, I did not wait or anything, they treated me wonderfully from Verda, I am happy and I am a new client of that agency, I recommend them to you

Loved the attention I received from the Ist time I entered the store.
However during my second visit I felt most comfortable and was able to leave the store feeling AWESOME. JUAN CERON took me under his wings and answered all my questions. Being a professor I felt that he answered all of the :Who; What; Where;When; How and Why that relates to the uses for the devices I invested in. His interest as well as his performance serves as an asset to the Spectrum Team. His mannerism was
“AWESOME”
