If looking for a down to earth person who has the experience working with spectrum and can pretty much answer any of your questions then you want to look or ask for Orlando at this store. He assisted me with my new service, and helped with the easy changes with my existing services and that's what I was looking for. Easy process, hardly anytime spent processing everything and he gave me closure on all my situations and I saved money compared to where I was at with my business with At@t and at home and phones with Verizon. Thanks Orlando. BTW, he speaks fluent English and Spanish which was awesome because my wife preferred explanations in Spanish and me in English. It was a win/win.

This company's internet has never worked in our house, first things just wouldn't connect to the network and when we upgraded the password on the back of the router didn't work. I have no clue how you deliver a router where the default password you're given is incorrect, but here we are.

I am maf I had to recertify for Affordable care act for Internet spectrum de enrolled me from the program called affordable care they said they can't do that. The company has too now it's expired and want to blame me for their fup. He lied so much I just screamed it wasn't about the thirty it's about take fukin responsibility.

Spectrum should spend less on advertising, and more on their infrastructure. It is cheaper to keep existing customers than it is to get new customers. Their internet service is unreliable (great when it works). The cable service seems to require tweaking by a technician about every three months. The technician tells me every time they add or delete a customer on our neighborhood circuit, it potentially unbalances the signal for the other customers on that circuit. Where is that preemptive, preventative service they toot their horn about in their TV ads?

They changed my plan to a more expensive plan without asking and since I was enrolled in automatic payments I didn't know about it until after a year. All said was sorry can't help you. Very frustrating

BE CAREFULL WITH SPECTRUM. DON'T TRUST THEM!....They sent me hundreds of adds since I moved to Texas a few years ago. I finally broke down and took a deal they mailed me. When I received the internet equipment there was no router so I drove down to the store and picked one up. When I returned home I checked the account to confirm the price and found they had added $25.00 to the price to be paid monthly. I looked at the ad and there was nothing about an additional $25.00/month. So I immediately returned the equipment including a "free Phone". Later that month I noticed they were billing me $69.95 for the internet and $20.00 for the phone. I never, ever used the equipment and never took the phone out of the box it came in. However, when I called them and explained that I never used the equipment they would not refund my account. I disputed the charge with Bank of America but I guess big companies stick together because my bank let them keep the money....I will close my bank account today and I will spend the rest of my life telling people how I got ripped off by Spectrum.
