We couldn't fix my wife's phone. She was locked out without a pin. Not even the Samsung could open it. With the help of Matel (wonderful person) at Spectrum store employee on Military Rd now she has the phone back.

Went this past Friday (October 25) to switch our phones from AT&T. Walked in and waited about 20 minutes, the customer service rep Lou helped us. He was informative and kind and was very helpful in getting my husband and I into our new service. There was a few hiccups on my end dealing with AT&T but Lou was patient and a pleasure to work with.

Me and my wife Went in, and like everyone we took a Number and waited the wait wasn't that long, we were greeted by Robert, He was so respectful and professional, unfortunately By the time Robert got my wife phone transferring info from 1 phone to the other it wasn't complete. But no fault from Our Customer sales man Robert he actually let us stay past closing to help us. But again his manager should give him pay raise He took care of us, thank you Robert.

New customer and already thinking of cancelling
My experience was horrible went in to pick up my order the female employee yelled at me to sign in when I went to her pod to ask a question since she wasn't busy then I signed in waited almost 2 hours while employees talking to other employees while the lobby is full then finally got called up just for them to tell me that they shipped my equipment to my home then I waited now it's Tuesday I called the customer service line and now they said my equipment is at the store for pick up and cannot ship my equipment get AT&T instead

Come prepared to wait, the amount of employees working at any given time is laughable. The number of employees working out on the floor compared to the wait is heavily out numbered

I called Spectrum to speak with a representative about new mobile service, and after providing my name and address, I was told that I needed to presently already have internet service with Spectrum or aquire that service first. I told that representative I am very satisfied with my current internet provider, I told him goodbye, and I hung up.

I'm on the upgrade anytime plan and a young guy named Juan, said that because my phone had a scratch that I had to pay $99 extra. Called in the order was delivered to my door and didn't pay extra. The rules state cracked screen or water damage will incur a $99 fee. Always order online!! You'll save a lot of headaches. It amazes me how much they get paid to act the way that they do.

Horrible service as a matter of fact I didn’t get any service. I literally waited there for One hour when it was not busy and didn’t get any help Then came back an hour later And waited another hour and still didn’t get any help. This company is just a scam you get what you pay for. They may have low prices, but their service sucks I paid for the insurance on my phone and I have been paying insurance for this damn phone for two years and the day my phone breaks they said it’s not covered what happened to my insurance money they said they cannot refund it that we had to refund me then I contacted third-party and they told me no Spectrum needs to refund me then I contact Spectrum again and Spectrum said they don’t do that when I asked if I could speak to a supervisor supervisor told me there’s nothing to talk about they are not gonna help me now. I gotta buy a new phone. I wouldn’t have minded that if I was expecting it, but I figured insurance would cover it. That’s why I paid for the dang insurance then I go to the spectrum store to buy a new phone and I can’t even get anybody to help me.
