I really do like going there . I check in on line the day before . And still had to wait 20 min and they didn't open the store until 1 minute after 10 . But you know they'll close up 10 to 5 minutes early.

Scum of the earth company. They called me and said that I had a 50% discount that was available for my account. I don't have an account with them. I called to get my number removed from their call list and they kept hanging up on me.

Someone from Spectrum came to our house while we were out of town and installed a ground wire to our Spectrum box. Great! right? They left the control box open and left our fence gate open. Neighborhood dogs got into the yard and destroyed or carried off my wife gardening equipment and other person belonging. We found a few things scattered around the neighbors yards. Really $shitte work. What a load of crap. Spectrum sucks especially with a 35% rate hike last month.

i spoke with customer service- associate was nice pleasant- we discussed adding modest Television service- so I could drop Dish- I currently get existing phone and internet Package- from Spectrum- their pricing seemed reasonable- I am not gonna save a lot- by doing this, We discussed pricing- I never even gave them the Verbal okay- agreeing to this price deal- to send me the DVR television box- i was just shopping- get pricing- channel info etc. then the girl informs me the box will be at my doorstep on Tuesday- and I should wire it in myself. I did not even get the chance to review the channel line-up yet- being emailed to me to see if it meets my needs. - Its strong-arm the customer into opening the box and agree to something- Today, right now- that's when i went ballistic- once i was informed the box is on its way- Huh? I made it very clear- that it better not be- i will use a hammer on it- return it in shambles- Who of sane mind- would deal with a company like this !! and the pressure to swap my phone plan over- to them was more strong-Arm tactics- i like my phone plan- its $15 per month- so right at this moment- Dish network is not looking that bad- no Rain- so my picture is clear- what an Experience- with the office in san antonio is it- ?? Complain about dish- if you must- but I really think- Spectrum are akin to organized crime- Maybe why i cancelled with them 11 years ago- and now doubt I will ever return as a Customer- i only called in for pricing- and a few days to sleep on it- ?? unheard of with these Texas bullies- take your cable- and Cram it- new england customer- on High blood pressure medicine- I just popped three more pills- Can u believe the stones on this Company ?? adios- Hopefully forever

When I go, I make an appointment. The wait can be long without one , They're pretty fast and will tell you all you need to know or get someone that can. Great atmosphere and great products to browse.

Called to drop Spectrum TV. The Inter net speed is so spotty that the TV does not work. After giving it three months to improve I called to drop the service. When the customer service found out why I was calling they hung up on me four tims after having me wait 20 + min each time

We just hade spectrum contractors installing under ground wires on our street they promised to fix our front yard grass Hoyer they left big chunks of clay on top of the gras and did not level track marks left by heavy equipment they used

On Mon, 5/01/23, I made Appt, took off work early, to only THEN be told that I need to go to the Spectrum store in Corpus Christi to get my equipment. Was not told this when ordered equipment with provided address at the time?!?! THEN, when I asked "Jesse" for the Spectrum address in Corpus Christi, he did not KNOW? I told him if he didn't know, how do I know? I then asked if he at least had a list of all the Spectrum stores in Texas in order to provide? Or how about GOOGLE the address?!?! He said "NO he can't", and give me a 1-800# instead, and told me he "can't" provide me the address, because he already provided me the 1800#!?!?! Are you KIDDING ME?!?! For whatever it's worth, "Jesse" was a very nice, young gentlemen, but, he should be provided a list of all your stores in order to provide information to your customers ............. #needbettertraining

The wait to get seen wasn't too terribly long. Perhaps they could put maybe 1 or 2 other employees working to help customers move along. Our customer service representative, Patricia, demonstrated excellent and knowledgeable customer service skills. Give her a raise!!

No!! I do not recommend! Customer Service is the worst! And so is their service! I'm glad more companies are starting to offer internet services, because now we have options! Spectrum is not the only company with these services anymore!
