Went in to start service. Everyone was really helpful. Provided me with everything I need to know any all the equipment to start service. Only thing I would have liked was a technician to walk me through it but it was fairly simple to active and connect.

I came in to transfer my mobile line from another carrier over to spectrum mobile. I couldn’t be happier with the ease of transfer and phenomenal customer service I received from Alma & Juan! I sat back, relaxed and they took care of everything! I transferred all of my lines and was in and out in less than an hour! I highly recommend moving over to spectrum and using this location to do it!

There is always a wait but that being said the staff is always very quick so the average wait time is no longer than fifteen minutes. I was able to pay my account in store. When you come in you enter all your information and will receive a text message letting you know when it is your turn. The employees will be able to look up all your info without having to do so when you are called and this is one of the reasons everything flows so smoothly.

Went to the store on bandera and Gabriel, Juan, and Chris were exceptional! Wonderful customer service was in and out quick !!!!!

I was canceling a cable service and internet for a ridiculous price increase. I told the reps online and in store when I was well enough to return equipment that I was not going to pay that insane increase and they never suggested that I should hold onto the old equipment because I would have to pay for the entire billing cycle. That is terrible customer service and no one especially those of us DOD employees who don't receive a bill just make sure we pay on time. The management person I spoke to was Asia and insisted their was no one higher in management that I could speak with. I would never recommend anyone using their services especially if military or DOD employees. I went as soon as I could to return equipment and still in pain from surgery and the customer service representative should have advised me to keep old equipment because spectrum would not prorate their insane service fees. Don't waste your money with SPECTRUM cable services as it is the worse service I have ever received. Always out, recordings not always complete. You can find better service for a fraction of their prices. I wouldn't give them one star.

Best experience ever at any wireless store (any carrier!) Walked in at lunch time and expected they would be busy and I would have a wait. I was helped the minute I walked in the door. Roy was awesome! Fantastic customer service!

Juan was extremely helpful. He helped me with an iPhone and Apple Watch. Juan took the time to take the band off my old watch and put it on the new watch. Also, he was kind enough to put the new case and screen protector on my iphone even though I didn’t but them at Spectrum. Juan was friendly and very patient. He did not rush me, he took his time and was very helpful when I could not remember my passcode. I really appreciate Juan.

My husband had such a wonderful experience working with Juan at Spectrum. He got our phones transferred over, helped us find out all the promotions that pertained to our account, got us a new Apple TV - the list goes on and on - and we’re saving a bunch of money. Changing phone plans can be such a pain so we really appreciate the help!

I unfortunately had to return my equipment but received the absolute best customer service from Chris at the 1604 store. These guys get all the points from me for their kindness and understanding.

Excellent customer care. The Spectrum team got me taken care of quickly and got me a better deal, something the 800 did not offer.
