My husband had a moment of stupidity and believed the guy that came knocking on our door about trying spectrum free for a month and claimed it's as good as AT&T fiber. I managed to stop him from signing up but not before his info went through. The guy said he canceled it. The next day, the "manager" Frank called and told us that it was canceled and no equipment would be sent. Well, suprise! We got sent equipment. Called Frank and he said he would come pick it up. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and we still have the equipment and Frank will not return our calls or texts! So Frank, you are a lousy excuse for a manager and I hope your supervisor sees this review.
