  I can't say enough good things about Yolanda at Speed Queen Laundry! She truly makes the experience of doing laundry as pleasant as possible, which, let's be honest, isn't always easy. Yolanda consistently provides great service with a smile. She's incredibly courteous and polite, always ready to help with a question or a stubborn machine.
  
  What I particularly appreciate about Yolanda is her ability to maintain order. While she's unfailingly kind, she can also be stern when needed, which is a huge asset given the diverse group of patrons and occasional challenging situations that can arise. It's clear she's dedicated to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
  
  Yolanda is a true professional and an invaluable part of the Speed Queen Laundry team. Highly recommend!

  I absolutely love Yolanda..the attendant.. she is so inviting and friendly! She makes you feel at home. Not only does she keep the laundromat clean and kept she makes sure everyone is helped,especially the elderly and disabled. I go just to visit her because laundry doesn't feel like a chore when she's there. Thank you Yolanda!!

  The old white lady kicked us out 😡😡😡 me & my 3 year old daughter & 65 yr old mother she banned us for no good reason I live in the area & it’s very convenient for me to wash here but now I can’t because of her ignorance she stated it was because my mom called the police on her “friend” & if we didn’t leave she was going to call the police she did & they forced us to leave VERY UNPROFESSIONAL the reason my mom called the police on her friend (coworker) was because my mom paid for a washer & it didn’t start & the friend didn’t want to restart it

  We are regulars at this place and we normally receive great service from Trish and other employees. However on this evening the service was terrible. The employee Mary didn’t separate the whites from darks and when we asked her about it she was very dismissive about our request. On this occasion we stayed to wash a few items and noticed the poor effort she made. She was more concerned about leaving at ten than doing our laundry. We dropped it off at nine.
  If you’re going to use the wash dry and fold service I suggest you drop it off when Mary isn’t working.
  Just to be clear we told her from the beginning that we wanted the darks and whites separated.

  This place is always nice and clean but they really need more carts. I remember when I first started to come here over a year ago they had like 10+ carts and now there’s maybe 5 and everyone hoards them even when they’re just washing. Maybe I’m crazy but if you’re not using it at the moment it should be fair game, you don’t get to hold onto them while you sit down waiting for your loads to wash/dry. It takes someone 5 minutes to use it. The prices are high but you do get a $5 bonus with so many uses and that’s deff helped me. I just wish they’d use that extra money to buy at least 10 more carts.

  Cannot use carts to bring clothes in any longer told by worker I've been coming here every week now for half a year and so I asked since when she said 2 weeks now.. I used carts last week for my laundry to bring in from car.. of 8 in my home I cannot carry in and out the carts definitely help, I'm going to have to change locations.. i see elderly and children carrying clothes struggling to bring them and get them through the door..she said due to theft of carts so why not keep the customers you do that arnt stealing them , happy and well assisted. It's just terrible. Update only certain workers allow it now?

  Great washing machines but only 3 baskets for laundry at the whole place. Baskets are not allowed outside; forced to carry all laundry out by hand. Get some more baskets for this place come on.
