Hi, My name is Steven G. I just want to add a comment on this wonderful, super clean and friendly SpinXpress location. With its wonderful customers and helpful employees like Frank and Ebbony :) They are so nice, very outgoing with a quickness to give a helping hand. This place also has good features for the time being here, it makes you feel real at home and like a family. So with that I’m very very grateful to have this business, employees and customers in our community. Keep up the good positivity..

Very nice and clean. I’m from out of town and this was by far the cleanest and most appealing laundry mat I had ever been to and as a wife of a traveling blue collar man, we use many laundry mats across many states. If we are here in San Antonio again we will definitely make this our go to laundry spot. Frank was very friendly and helpful. He was interactive with customers and checked in with many asking if anything was needed. I seen Ebbony keeping up with cleaning washers and tending to messes and customers. They definitely don’t slack around here. It’s super comfortable to sit and relax and enjoy the great music and atmosphere they have to offer here. I also liked that the vending machines had more variety to offer than just regular sodas and chips as everyone else.

I was amazed on how clean and fresh it smelled. Eloy did a good job on keeping up and making sure everything was as clean as possible. Eloy was very friendly and helpful to everyone.

A neat place,help is good Frank and Destiny are great employees! I haven't been to a Laundromat since 1971. So that says allot, Clean environment and great music. Will definitely be coming back! All we are missing is the BBQ. The machines are clean and fast, great prices!!

It is clean and feels safe not like one of those sketchy 24 hr laundry mats. But I rate it a 2 because of the night staff. One guy who is not very friendly. Or helpful. He made me feel like he hates working here and we were bothering him. 100% I am all about customer service I would rather go somewhere sketchy where the staff doesn’t look at you crazy when you ask a question about a machine. Other then that I would have given it 4-5 stars…

The AC seems broken, especially on hot days where it's really hot in the facilityJune 2nd update came by today at 4:30 and the attendant on shift was just on his phone. it took me 3 attempts to get his attention all so I could buy detergent. The building was also dirty

This is May 25th 2024 is a fixed the AC it's broken again it lasted exactly who the 3 weeks and that's it they need to come out here and get them fixed again and make sure that they come and get fixed this is too hot in here well I'm going to start taking my business to somebody else
