Just got my haircut. The check-in app makes it so convenient with my busy schedule to get in and out fast. The service was great, and I really liked the cold towel on my face while getting my hair washed.

Tried to do a walk-in and their incompetence made me leave. Waited for 30-minutes and someone without an appointment looked important or whatever and got to go ahead of me and she pretended like he had an appointment as if I didn’t just see the waiting list. Don’t waste your time with incompetence!
