I went to Spotless two weeks ago and had an excellent experience purchasing my 2022 Toyota Corolla, thanks to AJ. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. AJ was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and exactly what I was getting. He didn’t approach the sale like a typical salesperson; instead, he genuinely focused on taking care of his customer and making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Because of this great experience, I definitely plan to return to AJ when I’m ready to purchase my second car. Highly recommend working with him!

Lalis was amazing! I found my perfect work van! They have a great selection of vehicles. They have great maintained vans. I came in by appointment and took van on a test drive, then drove home in my van.

Edward Padila was an amazing salesman to work with he was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable. He was very efficient. He got me the prices I was looking to pay for a car he worked with me. He got what I wanted for my trade-in. Most of all his customer service was absolutely amazing. I can’t thank him enough, and I was very pleased of how he carried himself as a salesman. Lalis was AMAZING!!! She wasn’t pushy at all. She educated us on our options and made sure to give us the best deal. My husband went in looking for a vehicle for his business and with the support of Lalis she was able to get him approved and on the road. If you want someone who helps out her customers and goes above and beyond without being the pushy car sales women ask for Lalis. 5 star!

We worked with Lalis Rodriguez to get my son into a car. They were very nice and even worked with him on the down payment. He really loves his Jetta. The issue is that the car is covered with hail damage that my son hasn't seen yet, and it would break his heart if I told him. The sales associate said she didn't know either, but someone with 20 years experience would have seen the damage. I am also in the industry and trusted Lalis. Live and learn I guess. I still gave the 5 star review because i believe that we should take care of each other in the car industry. Im still really disappointed in the sales associate.
