had service with sprint for many years and used auto pay for 2 phones. Sprint was purchased by T-Mobile. My two phones were transferred to T -mobile and they gave me a third phone number for free. I could not get reception at my home with T mobile so within a few weeks, I went to the T-Mobile store and transferred my two phone numbers to AT&T and closed my T-mobile account. This transaction occurred between T-Mobile and AT&T in the T-Mobile store. There was no receipt, email or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile. I only received a confirmation from AT&T that my two numbers were transferred and a verbal confirmation in their store by the T-Mobile representative that my T-Mobile account was closed. This is because my two numbers were transferred successfully to AT&T all because I had no phone reception. T-Mobile then began using auto pay to my credit card from November 2022 to nov 2023. When my account was closed due to lack of service, I assumed the free phone was also canceled for the same reason, lack of reception, and told the account closed. There was no notification, billing email or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile ,They simply began charging my credit card with auto pay that was initially set up with sprint. T-Mobile never sent me a bill, never notified me that a bill would soon be auto paid for a "free phone" from my credit card account . They have been drawing from my account for a service " I did not receive". I do not have receipts, billing emails or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile. I only have statements from my credit card company showing T-Mobile withdrawing $1541.04 from November 2022 to November 2023 for a service I did not receive, that I authorized sprint to auto withdraw.

If i can give this store half star ?, I just left the store upset because we walked into the store and no even a hello, we were completely ignored, we got up and left the store and non of the guys asked what we were looking for. Not sure what vibe they are dishing out but I will not be coming back here. We ended up going to T-Mobile on walzem and we got 2 iPhone 15 pro and 2 apple watch. Too bad you could not earn our business.

Terrible service. Unqualified sales people act like crack dealers w/ fraud and deceptive trade policy that turns to passive aggressive faining verbal abuse & called police when questioning their practices. Liberal liars claiming that im a racist in legal writing. They are cheats that lie to the cops borrowing unneeded protection. No way to contact legal. Exactly what is wrong about this country. Generational lack of integrity. I did not know calling someone a blue haired weirdo was racist after having run the gambit of lies and failure to refund a products automatic warranty which im entitled to. Its really childish these mama boys and girls should all be fired for having no integritty. Just a bunch of selfish kids thinking more of there evenings after work than helping a busy customer that came with no chips on his shoulder furing regular business hours. I will givevan update should i get an apology from the company. Beware of companies gaining employees of aquisitons. Having been bought out by Sprint.

We walked into this store and was greeted with, "Welcome to T-Mobile, we'll be with you in a minute." After we waited for 20 minutes, then Amy comes over to sign us in and said we'll be with you in a few minutes. Two other customers came in after us and one of them were seen before us. Now I don't know what kind of inefficient, discriminatory tactics going in in this store, but they need some customer service training AGAIN! We will never come to this store again, ever!

We drove 30 minutes to get to that store. After they told us that they still had some T-Mobile Tumblr's left. And when we got there, it was 1 minute past closing. They were just closing gates inside the windows. And they totally ignored us at the door. And wouldn't answer the phone.I thought that was really c***** because we told them where we were coming from.

Customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond always. We had one team member that helped us out every time out of the three visits that my partner and I had to go. It wasn’t their fault something was acting up with the lines and they were still helpful every single time.

Useless. Third time I come into their retail store and it’s a complete waste of time. Just close them all. Last month, the guy told me to open the app on my phone and buy a phone there. This time, 1.5 hrs later and still empty handed.

I have been going v to this store fir years. Back when they were Sprint. The staff is very helpful. I never have a long wait. Bought 2 new phones arrived at 5:15. One of the phones took hours to transfer data, till like 9:30. And they close at 10. 2 staff stayed and were very nice. Had a problem with the screen saver. Went back in, and again, the gentlemen corrected the problem. I have tried to go to other stores closer to my house, but this one is always knowledgeable and very friendly. I wish I had all the names, but honestly, everyone has been great.

Traci H.Customer service was excellent from the beginning. She was patient and kind during the 2 hour transition from ATT to T-mobile and she made sure my phone ported over before leaving the store.A genuine person and an asset to the Broadway location!

Don’t even come here to add a line, upgrade, or buy accessories!!! I walked into this store on 06/05/22 right before 7pm. Didn’t even know who I spoke to cause they had no name tags, but it was a non-binary person with thin eyebrows, and an elder Hispanic guy. I was under the impression that when you buy accessories from T-Mobile and they stop working, T-Mobile will replace them with no hassle. When I requested the exchange they both looked at me with their heads tilted like I was incoherent. They told me it cannot be done and I need to buy something (literally in those words). When I challenged the exchange the person (with thin brows) gave me his tenure of 10 years with T-Mobile and told me I was wrong while the other guy still had his head tilted with extreme concern. They didn’t attempt to access my account and showed no concern about my cord issue. I would have considered buying “something”, but with that attitude NOPE. So I just left and went to Ross. I bought a cord ($6.99), a phone holder for my car ($8.99), a new case ($6.99), and I got a speaker (20.99). Cheap and easy. So if it wasn’t for that bad experience at this location I probably would’ve financed. I’m glad I paid in full.

My first time at this location was 9/1/2022. I bought the s22 ultra recently without realizing it didn't come with a headset nor had a place for it. I didn't want to wait the long holiday weekend for delivery, even though I wanted the green buds, so I called the store to see if they had some in stock before I went. The lady that answered, Caitlyn was her first day but she did her best to make sure what I wanted was in stock. I told her I would be by at 5 to get them, I went it, they brought them out. The other lady, not sure of her name but I think she was a mgr, both were super sweet. My transaction was seamless, they told me about other promotions, thanked me for being a customer and I was on my way super fast. (my doggie was in the car waiting) I will def be back soon for some more accessories. They have great customer service! Thank you!

We pyrchased the MIFI 5G hot spot fromt he Marbach San Antonio TX location it worked for 3 days then nothing it would not charge or restart. My husband took it back and they had to order a replacement for us they were suppose to call us when it came in I called at 4:30 talked to the manager she was very rude said it came in at 2 I missed 2 days of work over this now the new device which we have had less than 2 days is doing the same thing so its going back for a refud and the service is getting cancelled they wont issue a credit for the problems we have had she was rude and she hung up on me is that the kind of manager TMobile wants reprsenting them???
