Truthfully I don’t even know where to begin. I’m highly disappointed in my experience at this location. On 1/24 one of the workers, a young girl, was assisting us in purchasing new phones. Everything was alright until we had mentioned that my family member accidentally chosen the wrong phone model. She then made a face, and as I was discussing it with another family member that was with us at the time, she turned around and made a gesture to the other workers that we were annoying her. We’re not stupid, you know. While I understand the frustration as someone else who works in retail, you can’t treat customers like this. My parent quickly apologized for the mix-up and I thought the employee would be understanding until she began to say things like, “It is your fault. It says it on the box, you can read it. You should’ve known. It’s literally right over there,” all with attitude and aggressive mannerisms. I was stunned. The other employees didn’t do anything but continue to be on their phones. Maybe she doesn’t know how to handle this situation, maybe she’s new; but if that’s the case that would’ve been the perfect time for them to jump in… But no, they simply did nothing as she berated my parent and attempted to cancel the set-up process on her own. I’m trying to be understanding but it really does hurt to see my parent be treated like this. It was disrespectful. English is not my parent’s first language and she has poor eyesight. It was an honest mistake, all they did was pick the wrong model. It makes me wonder, does this employee talk to all disabled customers like this? Is this how she treats non-english speaking customers? We immediately left the store and went to the location on Potranco, where they were incredibly friendly and understanding with my parent. They helped us and told us that we actually had multiple deals available unlike this location where they told us we didn’t qualify for any. I’m sorry but I do not think I will be at this location again, there needs to be something done about the management here.

Billing NIGHTMARE/CUSTOMER OF 2 MONTHSTwo billing cycles into being a Very new T Mobile customer and have had to call in each time..I went with the Magenta 55 plan and the home internet..So for me basic arithmetic seemed simple enough. $70+ $50= $120 right.. Not at Tmobile.. first month I was billed $196 and at the second bill was down to $155..Turns out the free promotional line that I was promised in store was actually not but yet nobody seem to pay attention to my complaints and were consistently charging me an additional $35 for the Third free line..This line was presented to me as being a New customer making the move to Tmobile..during the signing up for Tmobile phone and internet service. First call in to correct the first $196 dollar bill was well over an hour driving down the Freeway..Second bill of $155 took yet another 40 minutes to get that corrected..I found that by giving surveys of Consistent Zeros gets you a actual call from a Supervisor..So At 11:00 am on a Sunday (today) July 3rd, 2022 Holiday weekend to resolve the issue only to state that the Promotional free line that was promised to me would be cancelled because my plan did not qualify for it..So yet again my bill would need to be credited/adjusted to reflect the now not free promotional line! 15 mins later I received an automated text saying the Alleged Free Promotional Line had been cancelled..In 15 Minutes Tmobile was able to shut off a Free Promotional line but took 3 calls and 3 billing cycles to maybe get the bill correct! My best guess was his call was not to improve customer service on the side of Tmoble but to get that free line shut off.. Tmobile commercials they make switching to them easy..They are actually making it quite easy for me to move to one of there Competitors!!NO THANK YOU T-MOBILE!!!!!

Very disappointed in T-Mobile cell service or customer support. Partially due to the TMobile stores being independently owned and quick to tell me I need to go back to the original store I purchased my phone from. Then finding out that boss who can make decisions is out for two weeks. And his boss only communication to the minions at the store is a company email, that he may respond to in 4-5 days. So much disappointment

Never had issues with any T-Mobile ever, up until today. I came in to get my screen protector replaced, and they had issues finding it in the system. While he was searching for my protection plan and my screen protector in the system, he added TVision Live TV + TE without my authorization and said that I "qualified for a free 1 week of TVision" when I clearly got a text right in front of him that read that it got added to my service. After verifying what TVision was, nowhere did it say I had a free 1 week trial, and on my account it reflected that it was an extra $50 service in which I didn't ask for and was totally unwarranted. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend coming to this store location. I had to call customer service afterwards to verify if they did any other sketchy changes to my account since the whole experience was just awful. If I could give it negative stars I would.

I've been a loyal t-mobile customer for 6 yrs and never have a been treated so rudely by any rep as I did today. This use to be a sprit store. Maybe thats why sprint wasn't doing so well ? I'm definitely disappointed ? They're giving t-mobile a bad name

This store has always taken care of my needs and have given me great customer service. The manager and the team there goes over and beyond to help me. Best deal ever as i have been saving money from a high ATT bill i use to have. I will be recommending them to my friends and Family and get money for doing so.
